Wipe data and cache.
Format /system (only first time coning from older recovery)
Format /data and /data/media (only first time coning from older recovery)
Flash update*.zip.
Flash gapps*.zip. You must flash gapps after every upgrade the since /system is formatted, wiping your previous add-ons.
Reboot phone.
After you setup your Google account, reinstall the three apps from Market in order to restore most of your apps, call log and SMS history.

boot.img for ver. 4.4.4010 with TWRP 2.7.1.0
Been missing TWRP recovery?
Personally speaking, TWRP is my favourite recovery, and I successfully repacked boot.img with TWRP ver. 2.7.1.0.
Credits to @osm0sis for providing Android Image Kitchen and @humberos for building Omnirom here.
Installation: (nandroid backup first, just in case)
- download img file here
- power off handphone
- press vol up while connecting handphone with pc
- open command prompt, and type "fastboot.exe flash boot bootBeanStalk4010-TWRP.img"
- reboot to recovery (to check)
There are many themes for TWRP out there (search with keywords "TWRP theme 1080")
BTW, I use X-trem theme as shown in attachment.
Enjoy!

LiquidSmooth
This ROM is NOT my work. It was compiled DIRECTLY from LiquidSmooth source by myself, without cherrypicks or other additions. I just want so share this for the people who wants to stay up to date until official LiquidSmooth is out of beta/alpha.
Why I am doing this? Because the developers of LiquidSmooth ROM have not enough time to constantly update the ROMs for all devices
ROM Info:
LiquidSmooth is an aftermarket firmware based on AOSP and SlimROM.
Dedicated to providing users with smooth, stable and fast ROMs. A Lightweight modified AOSP and SlimROM base, and then add the features you crave! While we make every effort to test these builds as much as possible, we are not responsible for anything that may happen to your device. We ask that you do your part to know your device and know how to recover from problems before you flash!
notice: Development stopped, because LiquidSmooth official is now out of alpha

Good job man. I've already flash this with PA Gapps via TWRP 2.8.0.1 and everything's ok. Booting and have no Fc. So smooth. I don't know about how Lollipop 5.0.1 better than 5.0.0 but I tried PA 5.0 Alpha and I can say this is the best Lollipop rom I've installed. Just some minutes, I haven't tested many things but I feel it is very stable. Thank you again OP, hoping you will keep it up for D802 :thumbup::thumbup:

Muy statusbar buttons dissapeared. Only back button is available.
Works good for daily usage , not much battery drain. Best one between the ones i ve tried.
I suggest not to use Google Now , because of the location reporting. It eats battery much faster than anything.
I followed :
Full wipe , dalvik and cache.
Flashed rom,
Flashed Gapps,
Flashed updated SuperSU
with lastest TWRP.
Thanks for sharing by the way.

This rom was compiled by me, Scott.Hart.bti has done the real work!
I am proud to present to you BeanStalk Builds put together by myself. This is a build composed off of the CM builds and i have added alot of features on top of it. So you get speed, stability, and ultra customization ability. Many of the additional code additions came from slim ROM and also Derteufels build and have been modified to work with my current setup. A huge thanks to Derteufel and the Slim ROM guys for their work and dedication. Also a big thanks to everyone involved with CM as that is the building stone in this project. Thanks to skyliner33v for the bootanimation and upcoming wallpapers!
I plan on updating this and adding features on a pretty regular basis, so if you happen to like this, keep checking back.

***Please keep in mind that this is the initial release and bugs are to be expected. I am working on this myself and do not have a team that is helping me. Before reporting bugs, please make sure you verify everything on your end and make sure you do a full wipe and format first to make sure it is a legitimate issue. Im going to say this once and only once... I am doing this for fun. It is my CHOICE to share my work with everyone. If you decide that you do not like my work, good for you.. Move on and flash something else. I will not tolerate ungrateful people in my thread.***
How to install :
Use CWM6.
Warning: Only use this recovery to flash New build with new partitio layout.0. Otherwise, you risk bricking your phone, or you might experience boot and stability issues!
Warning: Do not restore backup data of system apps!
If you restore a bad backup with cached settings in telephony.db in data/data/com.*.*.telephony it can break MMS.
It seems that restoring backups can also break Calendar sync.

Just try them all and make your choice, but there are changes from each other, just look at the features and you will observe some differences, for the charging off yes now is working fine thanks to Christopher, the battery drain is quietly the same as for KK depends also for what are you using your phone and the performance is good, just don't install many apps and you're fine

GAPPS do not appear in the app drawer
Hello,
Thanks for your good job! Have made pristine - cleaning (/system, /data, /cache, /sdcard0 @ ext4 have been formatted). The ROM installs, it works, however GAPPs do not appear in the app drawer. Also it's impossible to add a Google account to sync contacts and calendars by the same reason, obviously.
Havent anybody meet the problem?
Thanks a lot again!
