What's the type of your Nexus's eMMC chip?
You could try to get it booting by flashing this kernel:

if that command doesn't work then try fastboot flash zImage

On the lollipop test build ...(5.3.0.1) so i returned back to your kitkat stable build .....also can u please tell me how to get the launcher witj black app drawer ...which u used in lollipop on your kitkat rom.........( the 4.3 like launcher)

That's because a lollipop build does not have fixes and workarounds for the old ddk.
Launcher with a black drawer:
Launcher2.apk, on my ROM there's only Launcher3 which allows translucent navigation bar ans status bar.

Plss dont give up on the dreams lp .....
Have u checked fml or cm 12 ,i think they fixed the graphical glitches and recents lag.......n also camera problem seem to be widespread i found camera not connecting isuue on a nexus 4 nd 5 stock builds.....

Yes I've checked those and I've got some fixes from theeir repositories.
Camera: just probably needs an updated api to work correctly on lollipop
lags: are present because of an old ddk, lags aren't bothering me.
I am trying to fix WiFi hotspot but I cannot find the reason why it doesn't want to work. I'e elaready checked kernel and on the kernel everything should be correct and... I just have no more ideas..

Hi guys, i have a bug: calling history not show
Problem
It repeatedly giving error com.android.phone has unfortunately stopped . And the ROM is able to search the mobile networks but there is bar in signal strength . Means it not getting the signal .
Rest everything is ok .

my Ace2 is still running under Stock Android 2.3.6. and I would like to Upgrade to CM.
For me stability and a working phone are more important than having the latest android Version, so my question is - which CM Version would you recommend? CM11 or is CM10.2 more stable? And is the latest version also the most stable one?
Is it correct that the only issue with CM11 is the Live streaming problem and with CM10.2 the memory leaks reported by some users- or are there more problems with these ROMS? A well working GPS is also important for me - is this the case?
And how difficult would it be to go back to stock 2.3.6. if CM is not working well for me?

I have the GT-I8160L too.
This ROM specifically i haven't tried yet, but I've installed 2 different builds of NovaFusion CM11 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2568105) and now I'm running J-TEAM AOSP (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588054).
As TeamCanjica, both these ROMs are for the GT-I8160, but can be installed on GT-I8160L by changing the lines in the updater-script of the ROM (META-INF/GOOGLE/ANDROID/) where it checks the model of the device. I also read that the tee folder (system/lib/) of the ROM must be replaced by a copy of a tee folder from a running GT-I8160L firmware with SIM and carrier services properly working.
I've followed this guide:

So, just by checking the updater-script of teamcanjica CM11, i GUESS it could be installed on GT-I8160L through the same 2 steps that i did with the other cited ROMs.
Also, I remember seeing other members running these ROMs on the L version while reading these 3 threads. I really wanna know what exactly differences are between these 2 device versions.
Please anyone let me know and correct me if I've posted any wrong information.

I had exactly the same problem (audio but no video picture) and a simple change from stock browser to firefox solved it - Maybe it works for you too.

Little things
This rom is coming along nicely. Can the latest SuperSU be included so it doesnt have to update each time we upgrade the rom to the newest version? Not really a biggy at all. The biggest gripe i have is the rom can eat throught its battery fast.
Also FYI everyone else don't forget about using something like faster fix to change the GPS search zone to your correct one! It helps getting locks quicker.

Tried it out, epic failure caused by twrp 2.8.4.0 had to revert to my full backup thats non lollipop :'( Lollipop has spoiled me with its smoothness.

Call Log function is also not working, how about you?
Well nothing worked while on that TWRP it also didn't matter which backup I went to either. So I restored to TWRP 2.8.1.0 and then restored my 4.4.2 TW rom. Feels like my battery lasts forever now. Esp with the agni kernel. For now I'll stay on that rom but I will be returning to this when its a bit more mature. Our note 2's still have so much to give, Samsung should at least release the source code/ drivers needed to make our own roms.
Bootloop problem
So I've discovered this ROM, pretty solid reviews. :good:
However, I'm facing a bootloop issue. Followed the instructions carefully, using Clockwork Recovery 6.0.4.1.
Facing a bootloop after installing both ROM and gapps. Screen is just stuck on the four balls floating around, which is the boot animation.
Coming from stock ROM, have not installed any kernels before. :fingers-crossed:

I've been running this ROM for a few days now with agni kernel. Awesome.
Ringtone and other tonrs seem to reset to default regularly. Other than editing build prop is there a permanent solution either ready or in the pipeline.
Its no biggy but looking round to see who's phones ringing to be told its your own isn't a good look.

If you choose the RAW mode, can you set the ISO value? In 4.3 it was worked, but in 4.4 it wasn't one (there is not this opportunity)
Other hand, I skilled a bug in all of oppocamera.apk. The problem is next: You select the RAW mode, and set ISO 100 in night. If the shot longer than 3 sec, the camera will froze, and you have to reboot the phone in order to you can use again (the camera).
Sometimes it works, and you can take beautiful shots in night or low light condition.

Yes, you can. Simply get the 4.3 apk and put it into the zip with my mod - replace the OppoCamera.apk.
Most of the camera modes are designed to use their own settings. Normal mode is the only one to make use of the scene modes, ISO values, etc.

I will, but note that AfterFocus will not work for you unless you are on the 4.4.4 ROM.
Besides, if you are on that ROM, you can use AfterFocus with any OppoCamera apk - you don't need the mod to be updated.

No, it won't.. Unless you have an Oppo/OnePlus phone with ColorOS.

-Infinity focus : It would be very perfect if you added it in focus settings as we can find it in cyanogenmod's app
-Metering Modes : Spot, center-weighted and matrix as we had, once again, in cyanogemod's
And then I was figuring, given we have an 8mm sensor, I read that we could shorten shutter speed up to the opposite of the sensor size (which raises it up to 1/8s) without getting fuzzy shots . Do you think it's possible to shorten it below 0.5s ?

I'm using rom 2.1.2 Int'l. I've just flashed the file with TWRP but nothing changed when I restarted the phone. What is my problem? Can anyone help me please

You can control contrast and saturation in
0.30+ version.

I meant if you flashed the one from the first post or any zip from the last posts in the original thread....
There would be a hackish way how to force the installation, but only if you're rooted:
1. Use TitanumBackup to backup OppoCamera
2. Then uninstall OppoCamera
3. Go to TWRP recovery and flash the mod.
But have in mind, that int'l version of ColorOS differs from the chinese one - it might not work.

Nav bar
Hope you see this. The nav bar bugs out in both screen modes for me. The arrow gets very large and wide. Everything else is great. I use your rom for the T-Mobile s3 also.

Its weather, it does not like to initialize properly on first boot, but it sorts itself out after another usually.
browser crashes when entering settings

This is a very promising rom. I've been using Liquid Smooth on my 2012 Nexus 7 and just upgraded to a T700.
Only issue I have so far is that when I use "browser" and click into the settings the browser crashes.
I'm not sure how to attempt a fix, maybe to flash gapps again? I'm using Gapps minimal edition for 5.1.

Who have Gapps for this rom, pls upload or give me download link. I want to use this rom but I only download firmware without Gapps.

Just installed this rom on sm-t805 over a nordic rom. Feed Back
As known LTE is not working. Actually i dont get any mobile signal at all
Important stuff that can be worked on.
- NO LTE/4g
- Stuttering in aps when scrolling.
- Reboots from a time to another because of a fc in any app
is there any OTA avalible on this rom? How?.

Does cellular voice calls works on 805?
And Is there basic screen mode in this firmware like in the stock one? The screen by default is too saturated for me.

Yes we only became official yesterday, it'll take some time before builds start showing up on paranoid androids website. For now we can use my builds

Good question! It used to be in battery settings but I think they removed it for now.
Will it be possible to use other kernels with this rom?
I tried Deathly, but (like said in the thread) it doesn't boot. I prefer to use the bioshock governer but it's not available in the kernel packaged with the rom.

Try the paranoid android specific kernel in deadmans thread
Great rom so far. On cm I had issues with mms and mobile data switching off, but no such problem on PA. Only issue I have came across is the camera crashing and video recordings have no audio. . I've tried multiple apps and all have issues. . Please add tap to wake.
