[Q] D855 on VS985 without the constant .com.android.phone has stopped?!

So the whoooooole reason why I flashed Jasmine ROM was so I can have this beautiful Blacked Out Theme by Hello00, but its not compatible with VS985, so i did a bit of research and learned that I could flash Jasmine ROM v2.0 (D855) and have it work on my VS985 which then allowed me to download the compatible version of the Blacked Out theme for D855. Everthing was going perfect until a day later when I kept getting the error .com.android.phone has stopped every two seconds... of course I made a backup right after I had all my settings and everything just the way I wanted and restored it (still on Jasmine v2.0 and Blacked out UI) but then it happened again. I did a bit more reading, learning that this is a problem that is persistent on VS985 with a D855 Rom..... -__- My question is, is there a way I can make the D855 work without errors? I read that it was specifically the radio frequency of D855 that clashes with Verizons... does anyone know a fix for this???
OR EVEN BETTER
does anyone know where I could find a compatible version of Hello00's Blacked out UI theme for VS985??? It looks like he's not updating it lately, and I absolutely fell in love with this theme.

[Q] Little Bugs in Lollipop 5.0 Stock-based Rom

Hi all, I have these little annoying bugs ever since I upgraded from official Lollipop V20F to V20H, and currently in V20I based CloudyG3 2.2:
1. Blinking notification light even though there're no new notifications (specifically WhatsApp)
2. Often delayed time in statusbar (see screenshot)
I'm not sure if there's anyone else faces these problems, they are no harm to device performance but kinda annoying and irritating.
Can anyone please tell me what's the root of problem here and any possible ways to resolves these bugs? Thanks in advanced
There's a thread for CloudyG3 2.2 rom. Post there.

Sorry you're not getting it, what I was saying is that these bugs existed ever since I upgraded my device from official V20F to V20H and therefore I suspect the root of problem is deeper than just ClodyG3 2.2 issue.
Besides I did participated in that thread and apparently no users experience the same problem as I do.
Fresh install not helping
Nobody has any idea how to resolve this? I've tried a fresh CloudyG3 v2.2 install and properly re-calibrated battery still not helping. I'm suspecting this problem is beyond the ClodyG3 rom alone, please help.

all 6.0 ROM have rotation problem? or Only my phone?

Hi there, I've try many android 6.0 ROM on my LG F180 (Korean version Optimus G). Seems like everyone of them's rotation function is not working. If I flash back to 5.X rom or kitkat roms. Then it gets back to normal. Does anyone got the same problem? Does anyone know how to fix it? Or I did something stupid? Thanks!
Mine is working just fine with Nitrogen OS (E975)
Hi there!
I am having these issues ever since I flashed 5.1 unofficial CM12. The rotation and auto-brightness went broken. Here's what helped recently:
- did a backup of my ROM in TWRP
- plugged the phone to a PC and got all my data properly copied, including the TWRP backup (it turned out to be essential, but that's just my fault)
- downloaded original KK firmware for my phone edition, also downloaded LGFlashTool 2014
- went back to stock using instructions from XDA
- rooted again and got TWRP recovery up and running
- did a full wipe, yes, including internal storage (yet I don't know if you need this, I just went for it)
- flashed the ROM I chose (im my case it was the CM12 backup I had cause of gapps issues with 6.0)
Don't know why but the sensors worked perfectly for me at that moment. I have broken them again by flashing another custom ROM over the CM12 and today I am going to give it another go.
Also, while browsing XDA I came across various posts stating that when you downgrade to stock or actually even another ROM based on official KK and only then flash the custom ROM it should all work again. In my case it seems like a coincidence, or the internal storage wipe worked miracles.
Good luck!
Mine is working. Did you tried the XenonHD 5.11 or the XenonHD 6.0 rom?
got the same problem

I did try on XenonHD 6.0 rom, but the rotation still doesn't work. All others Kit Kat or Lollipop ROM are fine for me. BTW, Are U having F180? or E975?

I've got the E975.
Did you do a full wipe?(dalvik cache , etc..)
I think you did , because you tried everything , but maybe not
I've got a massive battery drain issue with 6.0 Xenon HD. (50-70% overnight)
I've installed all the same apps as on my previous rom.(1-2% overnight)
Anyone else?
how about the camera? do you are able to do photosphere or panorama pictures with google camera app??

Gcloudy or Fulmics ROM 4.2?

Hello, I'm using G3 LS990 on Gcloudy 2.5 based on android. Just want to know whether Fulmics ROM 4.2 is worth trying?
Give your suggest based on battery, performance difference between these two ROMs. Your reply is very much appreciated.
Both worths .. the only difference is that Cloudy is more organized than Fulmics and the only reason for that is because Andoris 6.0 MM is still not 100% organized.. What i mean is for example In cloudy 5.0 you know that allmost all programs are compatible with 5.0.. in android 6 there some programs that developers hasent updated it yet. 2nd example is that in Android 6.0 Coz of the modem they are using the sim card contacts are not shown. You need to backup in vcf or upload in your google account al your contacts and choose to read your phone from your e mail or copy to your phone instead from sim. Cloudy has not that problem. its fast with allmost no bugs at all ,but since Fulmics released 4.2 i was curious. i was using till last week Cloudy 2.5, but now since Fulmics released 4.2 i can say i tested the rom and iam happy with it. For me try Fulmics. Its worth.. its newly based on stock and its 6.0 .. Cloudy is Lolipop. But as i said , both works .if you see you dont like Fulmics you can go to Cloudy
Downloading Flumics Now

Thanks bro for your advice. I'm just getting curious about Flumics as I think that Android 6 has a much more fluid experience and I really liked it when I used latest Resurrection ROM based on android 6 but I faced some bugs in it and had to switch to Gcloudy 2.5. I just to get to Android 6, thats the thing.

why would you save contacts to sim? and on the Ls990 that isn't a problem cause we don't use sims just UCCID but yea Fulmics works 90% right now on the Ls990
Questions like this are useless and you will have 100,000 answers that represents the 100,000 users of both ROMs.
Secondly, if you still want to know which one it's the best for every user, post it in Q&A Forum section.
Fulmics becomes a must try

Well the best description i could use is .... Fulmics is the cousin of Cloudy rom or better yet the Android 6.0 Version of cloudy.. We was all waiting cloudyfa to release a andorid 6.0 version. So thats it. He might not be the creator but he is in the credits..soo Wait till android 6 or fulmics works 100% and in the while use cloudy or go directly for fulmics
Cloudy is great but its android 5, Fulmics 4.2 is android 6 and now it works like a charm, Try Fulmics 4.2 and you will love it

Root korean variant (F400) running MarshMallow???

Hey guys, Hope you are well. I searched a lot about how to root LG G3 F400L (Korean Variant) but didn't find any solution. If you have any information related to this, than reply in this thread. I'll wait for you guys.
Currently, my device is running on custom rom. You can find this rom on Lgviet website with this name "[ROM STOCK 6] V30K D855 FULL G5 PORTED F400S/L/K" under G3 device forum. (I don't have permissions to add links)
It has few bugs. e.g. Not able to add APN, Signal drops suddenly (If you are in Messaging App and Signal drops, app closed automatically. This happens too much).
Interface is very very very awesome. Works smoothly. I don't want to leave this rom. But if i found a way to root stock marshmallow rom, then i'll prefer to flash stock marhsmallow & then root it.
One more thing, the very first time , when i flashed this rom, there's no problem of signal drop. It started later after few months, after that, i'll flashed back stock kitkat rom then flashed this custom rom. But the problem still there. Any suggestions, any help will be great.
anyone has solution how to root this phone? thinking to install lineage os to it....
