Hi there, so i've been willing to install ArchiDroid's rom but can't really install a cwm...
but i can't seem to be able to install one, i've looked up philz touch but i've got no idea how to install it, i tried using flashtool but i've got no idea how to work with it, i tried looking up videos but didn't find any q.q
any kind of help would be appreciated, i'm using xperia m c1905 4.3 with unloocked bootloader fully rooted. i think
Just flash kernel with recovery using fastboot mode in flashtool (Flash device > Fastbootmode > Select kernel to flash and connect device in fastboot mode pressing volume- key while connecting).

Hi All,
I have unlocked the bootloader and rooted my ARC which has .62FW.Now I am trying to reboot to recovery mode..but its not happening.I tried the options througn ROM Manager-Reboot to Recovery and even manual(both with the vol down key and with BACK key) but no success.
I want to install CWM-5.0.2.7-nAa-r2 which i can do through recovery only..
Suggestions please..

I tried to push the DoomKernel through Flashtool after rebooting to fastboot through the tool.The tool says success and i can see on my phone the Kernel as Doomkernel Chaos#19. But if i restart the phone, it reverts back to the stock kernel.I tried this for almost 5-6 times and had the same issue. Then I pushed the Adriano Martins Stock plus_1.9 kernel and flashed the Prerooted LT15i .62FW.It worked fine. Then i flashed the Arconium ROM but hte root access has gone.
Again reverted back to Prerooted ROM and its fine now.
Still wanted to know how to push the DoomKernel.

Flash in fastboot
Command is "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
Just put boot.img in same folder as fastboot file s
Connect phone to pc while holding menu key.(fastboot mode)
In fastboot folder put mouse on empty space hold shift and right click then click open command window here
Then type command , hit enter and it should flash and say ok
Now unplug and enjoy

I am using arc with rooted. 431 firmware. but I am unable to go into recovery manualy. phone stucked on Sony logo. I installed via recovery auto installer. same issue I was facing when I was on. 62 version. any soloution?
Try reflashing the entire firmware using flash tool and install recovery using SE Tweak Installer found in development section.. Plz search for it

I tried every thing. reinstall firmware, repair my phone, unlockbootloader n root again. install recovery by tweak installer but still same isuue. where is the problem??
even i installed recovery via flshtool. but unable to go into recovery
First enable usb debugging enable install of non market applications in arc settings! Thats very important! Then connect the mobil to pc and open the installer.. Make sure drivers are installed.. If not, install from drivers folder of flashtool.. Then select 'cwm for arc' option from installer and wait for it to complete! Then reboot

Try an other Usb Slot. When I connect the phone at the front Usb slot, my phone will not be detected.

I do the same. recovery installed properly, but still I am unable to boot into recovery. it stucks on Sony logo. but for.rooting I hotboot in custom kernel then I can easily go into recovery. I think it happens when I installed 4.03 for arc s in my arc. after that I was unable to boot into recovery even in gingerbread with stock kernel. :-(

I flash @doomlord kernel. but still the same issue. i go back to .62 firmware installed new kernet. but whenever i try to go into recovery, my phone stuck at sonyericsson logo or at doomlord logo. Any body please help me @doomloed @zidzihu @anybody....

as i know the recovery is flashable with the kernel, so you can also try to connect the phone in fastboot, than "fastboot flash boot boot.img" when it done, "fastboot reboot" than pushing the volume button. maybe you know this, but noone knows GL

Read this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1345741), specially the last pages, and see if it can help you.
I had the same issue as you (stucked in the kernel logo) although I'm on a locked bootloader.
I solved the question by editing a little...

i did the same but still no success. is there any way to format all partations like, boot partation, kernal partation and recovery partation and start from scratch.
Flash the .431 fw again to your phone.
guys i whanted to install a rom but i forget to unluck my boot loader and flash the bootloader and i only installed the rom from cwm
now when i powr on my phone i only see this:sonyericson
what shoul i do now?

i di that but it said that you sould install drivers and i installed them but it always gives that error
when you start flashtool dont have your phone connected. just click the lightning symbol then click flash mode. select the ftf file you need to flash. then when it asks for you to connect it in flash mode turn off phone then hold the back button and connect to usb. it should go thru.

You mean stuck? Is this on the main screen on TWRP or was you trying to do something?
Does CWM work (Press vol - instead of vol + on boot)?
If it's stuck in TWRP recovery just take out the battery
Also you should use CWM if you're having problems with TWRP, hold down the other volume button on boot to access it

Bravo, RTFM, guys! Turbo and Lupus use custom partition layouts, but rheyre different. To move from stock or turbo to lupus or vice versa make CWM backup, flash new kernel, restore backup.

I installed kernel and the Flashed the ROM and then it went to bootloop i can access to the CWM but it just show the screen whit the logo and nothing else, no options, nothing. also i can't get into the flashboot when i try to flash a new kernel or ROM with flashtools it doesn't recognize the device because when i insert the cable the bootloop starts automatically and as i said flashtools and windows don't recognize the device i'm a little worried because most of the unbrick tutorials rely on getting into flash boot mode

i Was trying to flash TWRP img file using fastboot after that my Xperia M is not switching on and im not able to connect my phone in Fastboot method to my PC and flash tool is also not detecting my phone. Please help is there any way to recover my phone..
Only thing happening is when i press power button my phone vibrates

Which TWRP img file did you flash? Jelly Bean or Lollipop one? Which os version are you on?
Well if your firmware's messed up, fastboot probably won't detect it. Think you need to get stock firmware and flash it via flashmode in Flash Tool but if its not getting recognized at all then that's a dead end.
Did you try reinstalling all the drivers via Flash tool to see if the phone gets detected?
