all of drivers are installed and data cable is ok but i get this error ( i flashed before but now give error )

Android security update didn't installed

When I download and update my vivo v21e. Download process complete but it's didn't installed. Screen stuck on vivo logo. What's the problem. For reference I enclosed screenshot of update.
