I've seen some ROMs using this boot animation and I must prefer it as opposed to the stock T-Mobile animations, so I decided to package these into a CWM/TWRP package so that you can use it regardless of what ROM you decide to use. I checked to see if this had been posted before, but wasn't able to find anything. While I tested it with the T-Mobile version (SM-N910T) it will work with any variant.
To apply the mod just flash your chosen zip file in either CWM or TWRP.

Reset To Stock Animations: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95784891001609634
Enjoy!
P.S. I am fully aware that the stock animation is basically this with the absurdly bright T-Mobile screen at the end, that's why I don't like it!
Thanks for this I personally prefer this one

No need, it is just the T-Mobile one without the absurdly bright T-Mobile screen. Its just the sparkly Samsung logo. Eventually I'll get around to getting the Lollipop boot animation installed.

Then you did something wrong, I'm using it with FireKatN4 + KT-NOTE4 and it works great. This does not modify anything that would cause a bootloop. My spidey sense tells me that you didn't clear your Cache/Dalvik when you flashed the kernel like the instructions clearly tell you to do.
Thanks

I don't know for sure, but couldn't you just go find a stock Tmobile ROM in one of the appropriate threads. Download the rom and then navigate to the appropriate system media folder and copy the Stock boot animation and put it in place of the one on your phone and reboot? I think that would work . . .
I have a Verizon HTC One M7
I have Root, My BL is unlocked and I have a custom recovery installed (TWRP)......My problem is when ever I try to install a custom Rom everything goes fine until I reboot and it just sits there at a white screen with the HTC logo and just continues to loop back into that screen. I need help as I do not know what I am doing wrong and would really like to try a custom rom I have done the parts right in the custom recovery, to wipe the certian parts before the rom install yet it does not work. Any help would be really appreciated in advance thank you.

What version of TWRP are you using and what roms have you had issues with? Could be bad downloads or a Rom that isn't compatible.

I think so I went to the page for TWRP and typed in HTC One and it came for the m7 but now that you mention it I guess it should be as you mentioned above that does make sense as for the rom I guess I did not look into that.
Yeah I looked again on the page for TWRP and the option does come up for the m7 but it does not say specifically for Verizon Wireless so I am guessing the one I downloaded is not suppose to be on my device ?
Interesting I have since put clock word on there and it is for my device yet when I try the install for viperone now it just sits at 1% and does nothing.....I guess I just do not know what I am doing with installing a custom rom....

TWRP for Verizon m7: LINK
CWM sometimes does not like Aroma installers.
Use the latest TWRP and you will be fine.
You may possibly still have a secure boot.img as well, in which case you could fastboot flash the one in the rom zip if it still doesn't boot after flashing with proper twrp.

So does anyone know if that is what you have to do to flash a custom rom? As all of the vids that I have watched the person just puts the rom on the their phone wipes the data in the custom recovery and clicks install navigates to where the rom is and clicks on it and it starts to install it?

I have tried The ViperOne Rom
**Suggested** FlashFire - Play BETA - PREVIEW (ROM is also compatible with TWRP).
1. Join the G+ community using the same Google account as you're using for Play on your phone/tablet Here.
2. Sign up to receive the BETA versions from Play Here.
- Use the link provided after sign-up to download the app.
Downloads:
- I337_OC3_Stock_Rooted_ROM(MDL)
- I337_OC3_Stock_DeOdexed_ROM(MDL)
Set your screen timeout setting to 10 mins before beginning!
1. Place the ROM onto your device (use either internal or ext-sdcard).
2. Open the FlashFire app and "Agree" to the Terms and Conditions.
3. Press "(+)" twice to bring up the "Actions" menu.
4. Select "Flash Zip or OTA" and locate and select the ROM. Leave "Auto-mount" unchecked under the "Options" menu and press the checkmark to continue.
5. From the main menu Uncheck all options under "EverRoot" and use default "Reboot" setting.
6. Last, press the lightning bolt then "Ok" to begin the flash .
The screen will turn black then display the contents of your system before beginning the flash. FlashFire will pause for about 1 minute while flashing the "system" partition. Once complete your device will reboot and pause on the AT&T splash screen for about 2 - 3 minutes (15 - 20 mins for DeOdexed version) before completely rebooting. Done!
Tip: for blazing fast speed turn off animations from Developer Options and reboot!
Known Issues:
- None!
Optional - Enable Native Tethering:
- I337_OC3_TetherAddOn
Kernel:
- Hybridmax-Stock Kernel v2.3 (built-into the ROM) by @Hybridmax: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4/i9505-develop/18-03-2015-hybridmax-stock-kernel-t3058213
Notes:
1. The ROM will update your Modem and System to OC3 and will auto-loki the kernel.
2. The ROM is also compatible with TWRP. Full-wipe recommended!
3. As of 5/7/2015 no need to wipe prior to flashing! The ROM will automatically perform a factory data reset.
4. To learn more about FlashFire's capabilities on locked bootloader devices see here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=60070810&postcount=2

Giving it a go. Biggest ROM file I've ever seen.
Is the Hybridmax kernel compatible with i337 as-is, or did you have to change some things?

As is, nothing changed.
Installed via TWRP after a full wipe. Sat at the ATT splash screen for a couple minutes, as per the OP.
No issues so far, all my apps are re-downloading right now. Good stuff, thanks.
Went from 4.2.2 [MDL] rooted, TWRP, Goldeneye to this directly! Worked perfectly
If i flash this ROM, will it lock the bootloader? or this bootloader is unlocked so if i dont like it i can just flash a custom firmware back in???
It won't lock. That's the point of this ROM.

Will this ROM work with other variants such as I337M, I337Z, I9505?
Could I install Xposed with this?
Once I hit the lightning bolt it goes to black screen then boots to stock recovery. Running I337UCUEMK2. Did this one instead http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...-to-i337oc3-5-0-1-keeproot-t3075814?nocache=1 and it worked!
I used KeepRoot method to update to 5.0.1
If I flash this ROM will I be able to flash TWRP and custom AOSP based ROMS
If yes, then how?
Came across an issue where the AUX volume is extremely low. Anyone else seeing this, or know of a fix?

Don't know. I flashed with TWRP, but I guess you could try stock. Doubt it though.
How can I make a backup of the stock boot animation, or where can I download a copy of it, in case I want to revert? Also, will flashing OTA updates revert the change as well?

You can rename "bootanimation.zip" to "bootanimation.zip.bak" to backup.
Not sure if OTAs will overwrite the boot animation, but I doubt it.

Its also available on google play (Marshmallow boot Animation.) Not sure if its the same animation but you can just apply with cm theme.
Earlier we got boot animations from pixel 2 devices, but I am here with flashable ones to reduce work on your part.
So just download, and get to flashing!
Instructions-
-TO FLASH PIXEL 2 BOOT ANIMATION+SPLASH-
Just download the appropriate boot animation and flash through any custom recovery. If you dont have one, use apps like flashify to get the job done.
-TO BACKUP YOUR CURRENT BOOT ANIMATION-
Through a root file manager, go to /system/media and change bootanimation.zip to bootanimation.zip.bak and then flash whichever pixel 2 boot zip you fancy.
-TO RECOVER BACKED UP BOOT ANIMATION-
Again through a root file manager, go to /system/media and delete bootanimation.zip. Now rename bootanimation.zip.bak to bootanimation.zip.
-TO GET STOCK SPLASH BACK-
Just flash the flashable zip below through TWRP.
Downloads-
Light version- Download!
Dark version- Download!
Disclaimer- IM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR DEVICE BECAUSE OF THIS ZIP. YOU CHOSE TO FLASH IT!
Nice, just curious does anyone have any idea to replace the "Your device can't be checked for corruption, please lock bootloader" splash screen to something else. That splash is very ugly
Dark version is now added! Enjoy!
Guys i know the quality of the dark version isnt that good. Its difficult to get it better by editting every picture individually. I will try to release a better version in near future.

This! That splash screen is the probably the thing I hate the most about this phone. It might be just that I'm a grammar Nazi, but I hate how they wrote "can'tbe" as one word.
