Anyone know how to change the temperature units displayed on the Moto 360 when doing a voice search for tomorrows weather. I.e.
- Activate screen.
- Say 'OK Goole'.
- Say 'What's tomorrows weather forecast'.
When I do this on my watch, the units are displayed in Fahrenheit.
When I do this on my phone, the units are displayed in Centigrade (Celsius).
I'm trying to get Centigrade on both.
P.S. I selected English (UK) when setting up the watch. I'd have thought Centigrade would be the default for the UK.
So, in reply to my own question ...
After fiddling with every setting I could find, resetting the watch to make sure I'd selected English UK, turning Google Now on / off etc. I found that nothing would change the temperature to metric units.
But then I has an astounding idea. Just ask Google to change it. So to my watch I said ...
'OK Google', 'Show me the weather forecast in centigrade'.
And low and behold, the temperature was displayed in centigrade.
It doesn't seem to permanently set the units to metric, but at least it's a partial solution.

Whenever I try to set a reminder on my watch it will record and display what I say and then reply with "Didn't catch that". Or if I just say "remind me to call mom" without waiting for the "about what?" screen, it will do a google search.
Am I missing something here?
The same goes for most other commands like "set an alarm" will work and show me the interface to set an alarm but when I say "set an alarm in 10 minutes" it will just do a google search. If I say "navigate to work" or home for that matter, it does a google search (both my home and work locations are set in google now).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Same here. The google now on the watch is pretty awful which makes this device useless. I'll ask to remind me, it shows text correctly and then says "didnt catch that" wtf? Also I will be starting to give command and it will just close and go to the menu
With all the having to pay extra for metal strap, cracks on back fiasco and pretty sh1t software on device I'm starting to get pretty disappointed with this watch.

god someone help us
it really bother me
Noise cancellation is very bad, it has to be very quiet around you to work. I find for best results, there can be no noise and not in a car. Sad!
If that doesn't help, try resetting your watch.
Without a doubt, the voice recognition is not to good at all. It's slow, inconsistent, and often times just doesn't respond at all. The problem with this unpredictable reactions is that it diminishes my "first thought" of using the watch instead of the smartphone. But, when it's working, it really is nice to have on the wrist. I guess this is the issue of using the first version (alpha? beta?) of any product.
Would you say this is a fault with the design/build of the watch rather than the os? This is kinda putting me off getting one a little, but I love the look and the circular screen of the moto, the g watch r looks a little too cheap

I had the same problem until I set up google now on my phone, and used that instead of HTC stock setting, and reminders work perfectly now.
I have an Asus Zenwatch (1st generation) running Android OS 5.1.1 and Android Wear 1.3.0.2160025 and I have it connected to my Google Nexus 6P. I assume this is the latest version available for the Zenwatch as when I try and update the software it advises me I am up to date.
One of the great things I love about Android Wear and the Zenwatch is the ability for me to pull down the notifications menu and change from no notifications, to priority notifications, to all notifications.
I normally keep notifications set at no most of the time and change it to priority when I'm out with friends etc. However, notifications do not stay on the setting I define.
Every day I set notifications to no and then I will hear it vibrating when I get a new whatsapp notification and when I check the watch notifications are set to all; despite the fact I never changed anything.
Has anyone else experienced this?
My first thought was that my clothes were touching the screen and pulling the menu down, however I have tried moving my wrist around in many different ways and my clothes never change the screen at all. Which leads me to believe it's software related.
I think the setting is tied into the quiet or priority mode settings on the phone. That is, if you set priority mode on the watch, it also sets it on the phone, and vice versa. Would that explain the behavior you're seeing? You set priority mode on the watch, and later un-set it on the phone (and thus on the watch, too)?

Thanks for the response CSX.
I changes the notification settings on the watch but nothing changed on the phone and vice versa.
I had been charging it there and it was set to no and when I checked it again it was set to all. So it is definitely a software or settings issue as its changing on its own afford when the phone is stationary.
Has anyone found a solution to this? It's very annoying and discouraging me from ever wearing it. I want notifications off the majority of the time, but whatever I do, they remain active.
Change default settings or watch setting to do not disturb.........

I have done that. That is the problem. I change it to do not disturb and a few minutes later it vibrates because of a new notification and it has changed back to all notifications. It does this all the time, even when the phone is idle on my computer desk.
I switched phones a little while back, and didn't take the time to set everything up on my watch. I've tried a couple times to use "OK Google" to get my watch to set a timer or call someone or something, and gave up and did it manually rather than trying to investigate why it wasn't working. Since this is the original moto 360, and therefore stuck on Android Wear 1.4 (I think), any searching I do for information is difficult because everyone is talking more about Wear 2.0 or Wear OS. The best I can tell, I should be able to enable this feature in Settings > Personalization, but that option doesn't exist on my watch. Any thoughts on where this should be configured, or did Google just decide to remove this feature from our device?
Ok, nevermind. I figured it out. I went into the Google app on my phone > Settings > Voice > Voice Match > Access with Voice Match. I'm guessing if this isn't turned on on the phone, it won't work on the watch. There still doesn't seem to be a setting for this on the watch itself, but this should work.
I just upgraded last night from a Band 2, to a Band 4. It's a great upgrade, but 2 things stumped me.
One, as the title states, my watch vibrates, and shows information for numerous apps, and apps I've selected within the Mi Fit app, except for the Clock app.
None of my actual alarms are triggering the watch to notify me of any of my alarms on my phone.
I'm pretty sure I've set all permissions within the app, and of all the apps that it can work with, I would think Clock would be the main one!
I'm also having the same issue with an app called "Alarm Calendar Plus" which creates alarms from calendar events.
I get rich, color notifications of people having questions about Wal-Mart while shopping this their this evening, but can't get it to simply vibrate when it's time to get up.
The on watch alarm app works as intended, but is not ideal for my situations, and in the end , I would just like to find a way to get this seemingly simple task to function correctly.
Thanks for any assistance!
I know if you go to Health App it shows you along with steps it also shows you miles or km. Why does the watch not have this info on any of its faces, you get calories, steps, heart rate where is distance? Is it available. I looked at a watch face that let you swap out the widgets but there was no distance in the list. I do find that a strange omission.
It has under Activity records, just scroll down a bit
