Hello,
I am looking for the best rom for gio.
Currently i have the CM9 from maclaw but titanium backup says my phone isn't rooted. I also had GingerDX and MiUI and s3 gio but in every rom there are some bugs. I need a rom WITHOUT bugs. Does anyone have suggestions? It doesn't matter what kind of a rom. So ICS or iOs doesn't matter. Thanks. -sorry for bad english-

personally I prefer Unofficial CM10 / CM9, I use this rom everyday, works pretty good
Well all roms have there good points and bad but that all depends on how you use it.. Like ginger DX is a stable rom but kind of plain.. Try differend roms and see what kind you find most good to work with..
Adrenaline is very good. Also DebianDroid , wich i actually use
Yes i tried jellybread and cm7 and miui and many other roms. My finally choise is Aurora 3. Very smooth and no bugs. There's only one point with my miui launcher. See my other tread.

m'rage rom 2.1 good rom
CM7 based on stock ROM is great..
fast and less battery consume..
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2164025
stock or CM7 based are the lightest ROMs around.
no ICS/JB ROM comes close.
I'm using MaclawStudio's AOSP ICS for some time now, and I must say that's the best rom I've ever used for the Galaxy Gio ;d
It's smooth, the battery life is good and because it's ICS it also looks awesome!
I'll try M'rage Rom v2.1 is beautiful hahaha, tks ppl :victory:
I would prefer Erik's cm10.1 rom. Using it in daily use over a year. You can install link2sd or a int2ext4+ script to gain more storage for apps if you need it.

Jellybread is very stable.
Only issue I have is that sometimes text is unreadable in buttons or notification bar (light text on light background).

Hello guys. I know there are so many topics about that, but i feel lost. I already try so much roms and always something goes bad. Best for me was arhd 16 but looks last update start lagging for me so I try find other one. I tried slim bean, monxdified, ahrd 16, 17, omega. No one works perfect, I mean there still some smalls systems laggs when swiping between drawer pages. Maybe some one here know good, smooth, slim and most important STABLE rom?

For good, smooth, slim and stable touchwiz, I can recommend Wanamlite. Updated often, and you can remove bloatware like the "hubs" and so on if you would like.
For AOSP, try the Asylum "Naughties" (CM 10.1 with an awesome blacked out skin) if you please.
Hope this helps!
You might wana give a try with the alliance rom its good

My favourites are ARHD, SlimBean, Assassin Resurrection and Team Asylum (tried others, not all though, but these I like the most).

Wanam or Stock :good:
i need an AOSP rom for my n7100 and i can't choose one
i need stable system and battery life saver ROM
Pretty much, all of the 4.2.2 based roms are good. Personally, I use either ProBam or Carbon. Anything that is 4.3 is still in alpha stages and are unstable

AOSP Rom
I second that, Probam v4.2 is really nice. Rootbox as well

For battery combined with no bugs, stability and speed I recommend thors rom, google tegraowners.net it's not on XDA. Carbonrom on here is a great rom too, I'd also combine it with thor's kernel.
Then last but not least, SlimBean rom! It's my current daily and battery with included kernel is very decent and it's the current AOSP 4.3 rom with the least bugs imo. If you really can't live with any bugs go for the 4.2.2 version.
Only bugs I have in SlimBean beta2 4.3 is graphic glitches in stock browser and gmail.. But it's absolutely doable, besides that it's ultrafast and the customisation options are sweet

Probam is excellent..it has various features and is updated frequently (recently 4.3 was release)..I personally used it for 3 weeks and found it working smooth and lag free
Then comes resurrection and illusion rom..I haven't tried them but they were the 'rom of the week' in note2root site by zedomax

Well although its TW Alliance is good. It looks exactly like a AOSP Rom anf it even has the CRT effect but it keeps the S apps

For stabile, smooth and fast rom, GB stock is faster then JB Stock rom.
GB rom for me is the best for battery time, 15% more battery on GB rom.
If you want fast and smooth rom with faster UI try CM10 or CM10.1 ~ Slim Rom, but all open source roms have some minor bugs. ( I hope in near fortune we get bug free rom).
Try MH1 + Minimal Zero, have fast UI and good battery time, but in games maybe little lag and freezing.
Sorry for my bad english.

I just wish that this phone would be a very stable and fast. That should not rewrite the ROM every month.
you can try CM10 or stay in GB.
Or cm10.1

Ya, it should come as no surprise that CM10.1 gets my vote. So incredibly fast it almost feels like I'm running a high-end device. The bugs are so minor they're almost non-existant. I do miss using Kies as Mass Storage doesn't play well with OSX for some reason but otherwise it's well worth it for me and I can use Dropbox to transfer files to my device.
Last night I flashed back to stock, didn't battery pull and full reset etc and the lag is still there for me. In fact, after using CM10.1 (and 10 before that) stock feels even slower. Cyanogenmod need to add pinch for homescreen previews but otherwise there's just no competition for me. Reflashing CM10.1 in a sec and never going back to stock again unless something goes seriously wrong.
