See attached. This file is not signed so you have to install it as a system app - use adb or Root Explorer to copy it to /system/app folder and set permission to 644 (all read, top write)

Push it to /system/app folder and set permission. Run as a normal app. Click the first 2 buttons to mount the storage required and click Media Transfer to unmount

You mean when you connect it to PC it can detect both cards as disk drives?

how to flash for noobs or anyone having issues on locked bootloader:
- download and install 7zip as it enables you to edit zip files without extract or copy
- download rom zip and open archive with 7zip. navigate to updater-script and right click then edit. delete the first 2 lines to the word 'show'. close and save and yes to update archive then close it
- copy the modified rom zip, gapps and cwm zip from here to root of sdcard before attempting to flash the rom. cwm zip is needed to restore cwm recovery as it is removed during flashing of rom zip
- boot into recovery using xparts or quick boot or manual method
- wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, in advanced menu wipe dalvik, fix permissions
- in mounts and storage format system
- install zip from sdcard then choose rom zip to install. do not reboot system as yet
- install gapps
- install cwm zip
- reboot system

inside the script zip there are 2 updater files ! 1 inside the folder that on the zip !!
wich one to copy ??
Updater-script, is the file i put in atachment! Only need change the file.

I didn't delete Romanian, but it's DXKT8, that's mean it's East-Asian region, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc

Use u235 kernel instead because px-kernel can't handle ext4 on stock roms.

Everything goes fine. Im' now on rootet 4.4.4.
After flashing the ftf all data was gone. But I did a backup with TWRP before flashing ftf after rooting and flashing recovery I only restored data in TWRP and all is good.

Make sure you download the installer and not the flashable

Pretty sure you did something wrong mate. Did you follow carefully the instructions? No one so far reported something like this and I tested this method twice before posting get the tutorial and never had an issue.

Just a heads up for any one who wants to try with C6902, wifi and network doesn't work (Most probably some kernel issue, may be some one can come with a patch for it)

Thanks man. I had install the recovery.When i use nrd tools i can`t go to recovery, but when i restart or turn off the phone, and the use volume down i go to recovery sorry for my bad english

There are some mistakes in English but yes. You have to add both "blah_kernel.ftf" files to the C:\Flashtool\firmwares
I was on 4.4.2 so i can't tell you if there are differences or not mate

Thanks for the reply! Might give it a go over the weekend... Have you got any idea why the Newroot and EasyRootTool do not work on the new ROM? Is it due to the kernel being changed?

Yes, it's due to the kernel Alan. .133 fw has a new kernel

I guessed as much! I suppose we will have to wait and see if there are any ways (apart from yours!) to get root on the new kernel! like the NewRoot or EasyRootTool methods...

1. Download all the attachments (you ignore the debloat-script if you want).

3. Download and flash the C6903_14.4.A.0.133_Vodafone_DE ftf file from HERE
4. Once done, flash immediately the C6903_14.4.A.0.108_kernel using Flashtool.
5. Now boot your phone normally.
6. Go to THIS PAGE and download the Z1-lockeddualrecovery2.7.154-BETA.installer.zip.
7. From the Dualrecovery installer, choose the Third Option ---> Installation on unrooted ROM using the TowelRoot method and wait.
8. Once finished the whole procedure, power off your phone.
9. Now flash using Flashtool the C6903_14.4.A.0.133_kernel.ftf and restart your phone.
10. Great! Now you rooted your phone and you have the Dualrecovery installed.
11. Now copy the Deodex Patch on your phone, reboot in recovery, flash it and wipe cache and dalvik cache and reboot your phone!
12. Done
13. Now you can enjoy your rooted & deodexed ROM!
14. Happy modding!

Sorry but when I downloaded the kernels, their extensions were ".zip". Should I change it to "FTF"?
Second, the 108 Kernel is related to France, Generic FR, and that's not for Germany or Vodafone. There's no problem?

No problem at all for the kernel. You will switch to the .108 just to root your device and install the dualrecovery. After that you will flash the .133 kernel and you are done .
