You need to be rooted. Once you got root you can download clockworkmod from the market or from app/theme look for post by pvyparts.

i already rooted my phone, but doesn't my phone have to be bootloader unlocked to install clockwork recovery ?

Yes it works on ics as I am running it and it woks well.
Doesn't matter about bootloader it can be Locked or unlocked just install app like any other from market then open it to install recovery in to system.

Unless your bootloader is unlocked you CAN'T get into fastboot.
You will only get into flash mode.

I can't unlock for you but search not just on xda but also use Google to search how to unlock bootloader, or contract jinx13 and pay him to unlock via setools remotely

I flash kernel in flashboot and fastboot after flash the boot is black
but it working in flash kernel as HotBoot in flashtool

Use flashtool to reboot device in adb mode then select option flash kernel via fastboot!

Just want to see if iam the only loser that wiped his M7 and relocked Bootloader and s on..... I wanted to know if anyone would have a solution for this... I know i can use it as a paper wieght. From what i am reading I need 4.4 RUU for Verizon or if any one has another option.

I'm pretty sure if you can get to your boot loader you can use weaksauce and firewater. I don't think hope is lost.

Does your computer recognize your phone in fastboot? I'm assuming you have that working on your computer already?

Yes i have fastboot working can reboot phone/ can get into RUU mode with HTC in black. I try pushing everything and nothing

Firewater and temp root says it need to be booted to the os, and weaksause is an apk isn't it?
