Change contact default icon

Is there anyway to change contact default icon ? I find this samsung default creepy

If you feel like opening up some apk's and finding the asset you can always do that. Could be in framework-res, contacts or any number of default apps though

Mind uploading what you want it replaced with? I dont really have time to sift through more /res folders

The photo is in the framework-res apk ? How did you open the apk ?

Apk's are just zip files. So winrar

Probably this for now until I find better ones. Just something simple since it's default for everyone the dark looks kind of depressing tho sigh

Do you mean the screensaver pictures? Someone talked about looking for them before, but I never heard that anyone did.
Well, I got curious and I went hunting and this is what I figured out.
The pics are in the /data/data/com.amazon.bueller.photos/cache
Pics are named like ffffffff-cdaa-2d45-ffff-ffffbbfce200.0.cloud
They are jpegs. You need to chmod them to get them off the system.

Interactive Watch Faces

I wish Huawei would catch up and update their stock faces for customization. Has anyone heard of this happening soon?

Check out Combo - really liking this one, lots of color and style customizations too.

Pretty sure someone has already duplicated all of the faces for watchmaker pro. You can add interactive buttons to your heart's content. Check the g+ community.

I like the stock blue too. Wish I could replace the moon phase with a weather widget.

You have to install Watchmaker Watch Face from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=slide.watchFrenzy&hl=en
Then you download the link to the Huawei Bluemoon on your phone and it will prompt you to "Open in Watchmaker". Then in Watchmaker it will be listed in "My Watches".

Got it thanks! Any card suggestion settings? I find I want to check the time and I'm bombarded with cards that I have to swipe to find the time.

You could turn Card Previews off in the Android Wear app. (Android Wear>Settings>Huawei Watch>Card Previews)

I second that, went from an Urbane to Huawei watch and am really missing the silver and gold watch faces, especially in ambient mode!

Thank you, the other one wouldn't let me download it properly. It would only download a corrupted file no matter what device I used. Once I download it, I'll let you know how they work.

If you install watchmaker premium you can see all the faces under "My Watches"
but you would need to make a folder to put them in

Do you think you put the LG Urbane watch faces in a separate file to make things easier to find?
I downloaded the file from your server & I have no idea which are the LG Urbane faces as there are so many in that file?

As far as I know they should all be compatible with the Huawei
basically what I did was to drop them all in a folder in my Tablet & then send them to the watch via Watch maker premium
I think I also included that app in the zip file

They are all mixed up.
Can you filter them so we know which are the LG Urbine default faces.

They are compatible. He was just looking for the stock Urbane faces specifically.

The Reason I have not sorted them is because I don't know which is which

There are so many in that file that we have no idea which are LG Urbine watch faces. It would have been nice to have them in some kind of order or even have the LG in a separate file?

You can do this yourself using huawei_watch_face_maker and extraTool. Even a small modification takes time because implies creating a face from zero. Even now there's no tool to to things easier .watchface files.
