[Q] Root for new Asus Fonepad 7 (ME372GC)

Hello,
i´ve just bougth an Asus FonePad 7 wit Intel z2560 soc. Does anybody know how to root this device?
Already tried motochopper, framaroot and Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v31, they did not work.
Any help would appreciated

I have bought Asus Fonepad HD 7 ME372CG would be great if someone could root this device for us and maybe some ROM developing soon, the device has great potential!

Have you tried Cydia Impactor? i've read in some thread that it can but not sure if it was for previous fonepad version
Let me know how it works, im interested to get one myself as i just bricked my GNote N7000.

Cydia Impactor doesnt not recognize the device at least on my PC Windows 64bit, i can only use the fastboot commands but they still return as "Unknown OEM command". It may need the drivers but asus havent released drivers or img/raw of the firmware so far.
Edit: I managed to make cydia impactor recognize my device but i get "signature bugs unavailable" i tried all the kind of options nothing worked apparently

You cant root it with VRoot sorry. So far i cant seem to find any one-click root tool that works.
We need help from someone whos experienced on rooting devices i guess

We need a Fonepad ROM. Recompile it, put SuperUser and Binaries inside, compile it and install it on device via System updates. This is how it works on old FonePad.

Is there any solution yet to root the asus fonepad 7 ?

Cydia impactor recognize my device as in shell shows: [email protected]:
and i tried to put su binary or doing anything else but as i dont have a correct driver for adb ( asus driver i mean) then i couldnt face any success!
if anybody give me an updated driver then maybe i can help in ways!
btw,ive updated my device to latest build 5.1.6 (4.3 JB android)

Try universal android root. Search on google. You don't have root for specific for this device.

Hey guys is there a way to install the Google Phone app on the 7X? It says in the store that you need marshmallow or higher but I still can't download it on nougat.

I downloaded one of the APKs and tried to install it but it still said this app is not compatible with your device. This is my first time trying to do this so maybe I'm missing some obvious steps.

U used ARM64? Try both ARM and ARM64.

Can't install Mi Remote

Hi guys,
Im on v11.0.12.0 and i cant install Mi Remote. This late i have resseted my phone and it says that the app is not compatible with my mobile. WTF?
Any legal solution?
