Bluetooth is Work in progress. But I won't say anything about camera as I don't own the device. Maybe my friend, dev of many ROMs of ace, might help.

i have problem with camera "can't connect to the camera".. have got somebody some solution for this..
btw. after super_trim .. dont work for me menu (middle) button.. and in status bar switcher to second panel

I too got that connect to camera issue. But mine was hardware issue. Maybe toss too. Try some other ROM too
That button issue usually occur when your system space is low. Did you follow the order of flashing?

1)wipe data/factory reset
2)wipe cache
3)wipe dalvik cache
4)format system
5)flash ROM
and on other roms camera work normal without problems..

After those 5 steps, flash that trim zip. Then reboot. Then flash gappslight and reboot. This must work

That it usually happens when the /system partition went out if space while flashing. However, did you try to reboot?

camera still not working.. and after flash trim/super_trim stop working home button and this switcher.. (i see it but it doesn't change page)
without trim home button working and switcher too

Idk what I did wrong i flashed then i was stuck at a bootload at the samsung note 3 screen..... But this has happen with all the tw lollipop roms i have tried to flash so i dont know what i am doing wrong

in philz rec choose the option wipe to install clean rom and flash the Rom aafter just reboot the device let it boot its normal for it to take up to 10 minutes during the first boot
I am also on N900T it is working great

Ok.... Will try again So I dont need to flash a kernal?? For some reason I believe my problem is the kernal because any time I flash a custom rom and dont flash a kernal the rom doesnt want to boot up and Im stuck on the note 3 screen

Ok.... Thank you so much!!! I will give it another try after this one didnt work... I had given up but I will try and flash again.... I will let you know the turnout
Thanks for the ROM. I'll be testing and report back on how it works for me.
One issue I immediately see if that wifi seems to not be working for me. Every time I try and turn it on, it is either greyed out and I can't toggle it, or if I am able to toggle it, it just doesn't do anything. I rebooted, still same issue. I think I flashed it properly (I wiped data, cache, dalvik, system), but I may try flashing again.
Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix for this?
EDIT: Did a second full wipe and flash and still no wifi. Everything else seems to work connection wise, airplane mode, bluetooth, mobile data, just not wifi.

You can look in the ROM thread for a fix...on page 4 or 5.
DPI change?
Hey, the ROM is still going smooth. No real issues so far (except my battery life isn't as good as before, but it's not terrible or anything).
I have been trying to change the DPI on this ROM, but I have not been able to make it stick. I have tried using the build prop editor app as well as directly editing the build prop via ES File Explorer. Neither has worked. Has anyone been able to change their DPI or is there something specific that I need to do to get it working?

I have already installed twice, but when I reboot is in the CM Logo boot more than 20 minutes does not start.
Did a clean install! And my recovery is the latest 6.0.5.1!
At this point I have not done reboot and is working, but when you? Until I'm afraid!
Does anyone have this problem?

Hi, I think BT audio is fixed but I can't confirm you about the car...

First time YES, but if I reboot it's stuck in CM logo.
Did you check the md5 of your downloaded file perhaps it's bad ?

The first boot loop animation lasted 12 minutes in my case. But I also installed a full stock gapps package, so I think it shouldn't be longer than that.

My first boot take some time but boot, the problem is when I reboot
Try to do a full wipe but with another recovery like Philz Touch and do a new clean install.
How can i disable the hardware button light up when i touch the screen? i only want them to light op when i touch the buttons.

Normally you can use the CM Update from the settings that work great !
But for my part I prefer to download it from my computer because sometime I've got an md5sum error if I download it from my phone (depend of your internet connection...).

After all was set up and running, I did at least one manual reboot. Everything went normal for me.
Oh.. It's annoying Every time i touch the screen it lights up..
And messages app FC cleared data same

I'm currently running F4k unofficial cm 12 with F4k pre4 kernel, if I format everything and clean install this ROM will I have to flash a different kernel (if so which one) or will it install its own kernal along with the rom? as I've read that f4k pre4 kernel is not a good combination with this rom as it works in a different way.
Hope this makes sense an someone can enlighten me.

Flashing this official CM and GApps you will have CM kernel as all. :good:

i didn't tried it i have no mhl cable.
if its not working there's no solution for now.
@alex when i try to apply white theme in the rom it doesnt chng to white but in candyrom the theme changes its color !!!!
Thats the price to use validus for now...not themable yet.
I mean yeah, u can theme, but frameworks been changed to black, so themers and validus head dev working on this kind of issue...

I am currently using this ROM and I want to back up the this to try other ROMs. How can I back up this ROM since there are no back up feature in the CM Recovery?
Do I need to flash other kernel (example advance kernel) that has recovery to back up the ROM then reflash the CM kernel again?

flash twrp onto fota partition and make a nandbackup from it, or else use titanium backup pro app....or superbackup there's plenty

I cannot use titanium back up in case of bootloop right? I should use nandroid back up.

i used xperia recovery manager .. there is a thread in the cross dev section ..

Am I the only that cannot connect to Mobile Network using this rom? Wifi is working fine, however, when connecting thru mobile it cannot establish any connection. I've also encountered this in the new version of Candy5.

no, actually now i am facing this issue on ressurrection remix .. as many others are ..but on latest candyrom 1.0.0 i had 3g working just fine with clean wipe

We had different experience since i do not have issue on calling on Candyrom. Just the mobile network.

also in 'the void/statusbar' 'clock style hidden' does not stay after a reboot or even after unlock screen the clock reapears but the setting says hidden... these things are bugs right?
what did cm12 have to change to fix the wakelocks on google services? something about mixmatched versions?

yes these are bugs
i didn't get you on mixmatched thing what u mean?

bro first you have to update your phone to lollipop to make things work as there is new bootloader which will mess
so first update it to lollipop and i hope you will not care about knox because it will be voided after rooting lollipop if you install rom from 4.3 unfortunately camera will be broken you can search google or xda to root phone on lollipop without voiding knox
after rooting
go to recovery
i used TWRP 2.8.6.0 wipe all advance wipe and wipe all and then install rom first boot will take time around 15 minutes coz it pure ART...

Sorry, I didn't explain myself properly. I know where the setting is located, it just no longer does anything. It's the code or apk that controls the vibration that I'm looking for.

Update 7 is Up
Notification bar has 5 icons instead of 6 as in v6.
Is there any way to get 6 icons in slide down notification panel in v7 as it used to be before in v6?
@zain.ahmad Is there a stock system UI theme that I can flash? Currently on update 8 and i'm not feeling this system UI but loving the rom.
Having trouble playing videos internal storage and online stresming. Any idea how to fix this ?

Security app which can control almost anything in the ROM
no app can have it's full permissions without your permission
Xperia keyboard included in the ROM
Smart Touch Gestures
Flyme OS Original launcher
app lock
Vault this is a private mode where you can store your files / images etc
Good camera app It's the first app which can I use without using Samsung Stock Camera so great
and it has an assistant
For Bugs :-
1- No Notification LED
2- Flyme os Themes don't work
3- it can't read your IMEI but it has no effect
4- Caller ID Doesn't want to work
5- video record
For installation
first do Nandroid Back don't forget it specially EFS file remember EFS File
1- Put the zip on your internal Storage
2- Boot in any recovery you use i used TWRP 3
3- factory reset is enough don't dirty flash it my friend had a hardbrick because of this
4- flash only the ROM don't flash anything else
5- reboot into system and wait for 15 min first boot
6- after finishing your setup wizard you can flash any Gapps i used open gapps pico
if you have mobile network problem restore your efs file
remember i'm not the developer of this ROM I've just found it

No Caller ID
No Random Reboots it does a soft reboot after installing some apps doesn't happen always

It's Great Battery life I liked it
after flashing its already boot but cant complete setup wizard its crashed on ( sim setting ) so i cant use

Don't flash it with the SIM's
oh and there is no audio during calls on 2nd sim

( there is no audio during calls on 2nd sim ) that mean there is noway to use both sim :crying: i always use both sim card at all
ive quetion can RIL fixes for motion roms fix this bug or not ?
