Is there a way to change the color of stock tiles in Nokia X? I know that there is no such official option but is there any way for rooted devices? It would be great to have such option

It does not work for stock tiles. It only works for apps which were installed by the user

could you tell where and what changes to make to stop my left soft key from being bigger. I finally got my nav bar at 25 and the damn clock clock and other stuff white but by using a new systemui file I have that problem again

Does the clock on the left of the status bar disappear when you have an incoming notification? I ask because the center clock mod I installed from another mod doesn't. The incoming notification shows right over the clock and you can see the clock in the background.

notifications show just just like in the screen shot, if you look at the screen shot you can see that the usb debuging notification is after ( to the right ) of the clock
and like normal when the text of a message come in the entire bar shows only the message like normal

no and to be honest the simply adding the fastglow mod makes it feel a lot quicker. if you havent used it, check it out

lot more than taking or moving stuff from a zip il get around to a left hand version.

the reason i say left handed one is cause i will need to move the menu over to the left, so i can put the clock on thr right

if u want to put the stock menu icon back into the apk (which u can do with a zip archive) then the menu will be back to normal(ish) it will always show tho...

Anyway you can make a JB mod for a search icon. Im so use to pressing search icon to look for apps on my phone.
I'm using the mod for clock in bottom left navbar with right menu, whenever opening my camera/YouTube or any video related I get constant force closing on system ui ...already tried to fix permissions get the same thing

For notifications like that i already have iphone notifications (but id really still be able to pull down the notif centre and made my nav bar dissapear and using button saviour instead. so voila fullscreen beauty is the gnex

i use nova launcher. i have it set to always hide the status bar by default, but when i swipe down itll show/hide it.
if the rom you are using has the expanded desktop feature, you can enable it to disable both status bar and nav bar thus making your gnex full screen

im using bigxie's stock 4.2 right now, i tried using cm 10.1, but after a factory reset i flashed it and my phone just went crazy so i went back to stock roms again :/
GoLauncher gives you that option for only when using launcher...to hide status bar: preferences/appearance settings/uncheck show status bar OR GET THIS APP

Does anyone know of a way to expand the menu bar? Im looking to add more icons to the bar in a way that could be scrolled to access the new icons. There are some tweaks for jailbroken iphones that do this. Is there something like it for the s4?

That's the "dock". Use a different launcher, I know Apex has that option. I'm sure most of the launcher does.

Keyboard is sense 6 so not much to change there i guess. The QS in the notification menu.....you can disable it like this :
Pull down the statusbar and and make sure you are in the notification screen, then longpress the date in the top statusbar. The menu will change/disappear

No idea. But you can try to push all ime stuff from the 407 rom, not just the HTC ime apk ! Maybe that works.

I'm not using ARHD, but I know on a lot of ROMs; I'm on ViperOne, and this is what I do; there is an option to set the navbar height to zero. It gives you a lot more screen real estate.
Then set up pie controls , and use them instead of the navbar.
Footnote: I also have auto hide on the dock, so that it disappears after 2 seconds. I like a clean screen, and a simple swipe up brings them back again. I don't need them showing on every homescreen. I know where they are. Like I said: screen real estate.
Using pie controls instead of the navbar is a good idea indeed. I'll try that.
However, I was curious if there is a way to just hide the divider line between the navbar and the dock. According to the description, this module is supposed to do that. However, I couldn't find the option that hides the line.
