I used dsixda's Android Kitchen to customized my stock rom from CWM backup. I encountered a problem deodexing some of the apps. The following apps are:
Maps.odex
Phonesky.odex
PlusOne.odex
VoiceSearch.odex
I hope someone can help me to deodex this apps. Thank you very much.
Another question, can I include this odex file co-exist with deodex file in my custom rom? Can i delete some of it?
My another question is removing deodexed apps is simple as deleting the apps in "/system/app/" directory, right?

We have same problem... for solutions first download google play store.apk to change phonesky.apk and other apk you can find in play store

Hello, I own a Xperia s with stock .45 firmware rooted ODEXED I tried to install jelly bean systemui mod for status bar.
I pushed systemui.apk from the mod's zip to the system/app directory with correct permissions. Also i deleted the systemui.odex file fruition the directory. When i rebooted the device, status bar disappeared and also the overall behavior is weird. I had the backup of systemui.apk so i replaced it back. Still the status bar didn't appeared and also the overall behavior is weird. But now i don't have the systemui.odex file. I don't want to flash the rom again.
So if anybody can help me, please provide me the systemui.odex file. Or any other solution for the problem...

Yeah i tried that mod only. But didnt flashed though recovery. Extracted systemui apk from the zip and pushed it too my device.
Please provide me the file or any other solution than flashing my entire ron again

Take file from the ROM you talking about. So you don't have to install the ROM again.

Do you want 2.3.6 stock firmware to edit updater-script? I don't get it. You need a system folder from 2.3.6 right?

We can't deodex Stock ROM as you know and for making SuperUserMod we need to edit smali files which is not possible in stock without deodexing

Z5 SytemUi doesn't work on dual SIM phones and you need to install deodex rom to get multiuser icon in statusbar which is not possible in stock ROM

Not possible
If you want that icon that badly use gauravs deodexed port it is the only way unless you want to buy a z device
