[Q] How to customize home screen ? - Sprint Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Anybody help me ?

What are you trying to do? You can add widgets, apps, change your wall paper etc. Is this what you are asking?

Just search youtube. Here's a decent one.

Good video, wish i would have seen it and read the comments before I got the Note 4. Seems I place the Settings view as list and now don't have the option of changing it to tab view.

[Q]S note alternative??? [with sync and note widget]

I'm looking to an alternative to Snote in Cm, but not only a simple solution, I want a full solution. I need a program that sync notes (I have a Note 2) and with widgets that are the notes itself. I think Papyrus is very nice, but lacks the widgets (have only widgets to create a note, not the note preview in the home screen)
I think that this question have appeared in this forum, but I searched and not find what I want.
Thanks
* I mean that I have a Note 8 too

Floating apps

I searched for this topic in this forum and didn't find much info. My wife has Tab Pro 8.4 and in her tablet some apps (music player, youtube, etc) can be me minimized into floating icons. I find it extremely useful feature to have. Ofcourse, the multi-window can also be used but it splits the screen.
Does any one know how one can enable that in Tab S 10.5. Note that I am not talking about toolbox. Just the ability to have some apps minimized and appear as icons.

Default screens?

Hey guys so I just got the S8+ but was wondering what the default screens are supposed to look like when you first set everything up. I remember my S7 Edge had the home screen, then the next screen would have like the T-Mobile TV banner with the shortcuts to the T-Mobile app, Visual Voicemail, etc. and the next screen would have a shortcut to the Gallery, Facebook, Amazon, etc.
Is there like default screens with shortcuts and I'm just not seeing it? Can someone provide screenshots if you know that I'm talking about? Thanks!

Nova Launcher - How to populate the entire desktop with widgets (Galaxy TAB S5e)

Hi!
I'm using a Galaxy Tab S5e as a smart home hub and am trying to utilize the entire desktop to fill with widgets, however there is a thick bar-area in one of the sides that is unable to populate (shown in picture). I have the pad reverted now but believe the empty space signifies that you wish to paste the widget in to a new page, however I only wish to use one side and if possible would like to lock that down and disable the feature to use two screens if that would alleviate the issue.
Does anyone have any tips/work-arounds to ensure that one can use near 100% of the desktop real estate?
