Rom is good but power consumtion is not good as stock rom.
i know...i found that F240/E988/E980 have many roms including stock/aosp/aokp,but F220 only has 2 stock roms. Wanna know anyone tried flashing GPro Rom over GK?

I know this rom also, but use sock rom mod by myself is slightly better than it.
G pro mod rom base on stock seem not good as gk stock.
I like rom for gpro base on cm10.2, but we need unlock bootloader and install hard recovery mod first. I used method for gpro but unsuccessful.

I wanna confirm that the E988 stock rom is compatible with GK and wanna know will it unlock the E988 LTE 2600MHz band on GK.
You can flash e988 custom rom, but please do not flash e988 kdz stock rom.
I dont know it can unlock your lte band or not, you can try by yourself. Lte is not available in my country.
You can find rom for gk mod base on e988 firmware somewhere in china web pages.

I try to use Root Explorer to copy aboot file to sdcard, but it notice that not enough avaiable space.
Any another way?
Try to use freegee also, and upload image too.

I need help.........!:crying:
I flashed f240L stock rom over f220k and it bricked.
Now it doesnt start. When I press power button, after few seconds key touch lights flashes and then nothing. Not getting into s/w download mode with key combinations:crying::crying::crying:

simply... root your gpro with towelroot or any other tool. install a recovery based on twrp/cwm and download your desired custom rom. copy custom rom in sd card and reboot in recovery mode. from there install the zip file which contains recovery.
don't forget to wipe cache/delvic before and after zip installation. call me if you need any help. me too in isb (0333-5777919)

search google towelroot...download install ...go to playstore download free gee...installl either cmw orr twrp...<(does not read sd card) and come back to theard and download any rom that u desire...but please read b4 flashing ...

Freegee no longer works on this rom. It soft bricks the phone. Check out the Freegee thread here and search for G Pro Kitkat Recovery which lokifies the phone and installs CWM. It's the only recovery I've found that works. Madmack's TWRP didn't. Perhaps Philz Touch does.
Update: After I installed G Pro Kitkat Recovery I reinstalled Freegee and this time it worked, possibly because GPKR had already lokified the phone which Freegee is apparently unable to do on its own. I installed Freegee's TWRP without incident and now I am pretty much where I want to be.

1) flash your f240l stock kitkat 4.4.2 v20d
2) root your f240l
3) install freegee from playstore
4) Open freegee backup your Efs
5) copy your efs backup folder from your mobile to pc at some safe place
6) then install cwm from freegee (3rd or 4th option in freegee)
7) now download 7th version of the rom
8) Download all parts in same folder
9) open the first file
10) extract it to your desktop
11) copy that file to your phone loaction at clockworkmod/backup/
12) Reboot your phone to recovery
13) wipe the partions
14) restore it from mobile
15) flash the f240l baseband ( you can find f240L baseband in previous posts)
16) restart your phone
17) everything is done enjoy your g2

i am not sure but probably (99%) u cant unlock your bootloader on v20g with freegee because of new lg security so that's why u need to downgrade your phone ... to flash cwm recovery boot-loader must have to be unlocked and if u try to do this with locked boot-loader ur phone will be in boot-loop and if things gets worse more then expected it will be on jtag.
if u don't want to downgrade your phone then simply unlock your phone boot-loader with loki flash method and then re-install freegee and install the latest cwm and have fun.
and u can ask me as much questions as u want don't worry!!
