Please help me i'm new to this forum as well as new to rooting and custom rom for mobiles.
I don't know to use forums but anyone can help me please...
I installed CM11 Rom and Gapps and my phone sony xperia m booted correctly but how to enable sim card.
its said at begining sometime about sim card and when i went to enable data it says insert sim card.
now what top do please tell me>....
Do i need to install builds , any terminal commands or anything pls suggest me with text , videos or photos.
Very Urgent plssssssssssssssssss.

hey there,
i've few question to ask u
1) Were u on ur stock 4.3 before installing CM11?
2) Did u try re-flashing the ROM or downloading equivalent ROM from Official Site
3) This one might look silly - did u enable SIM Subscription when Cm11 asked u at the beginning or in the settings menu
if anyone of the above didnt help then i am so sorry , if they did plz reply to me:good::fingers-crossed::good::good:

I flashed cm11 after 4,3 xperia m auto upgrade only.
I don't know which cm11 build i flashed it, but at startup of my mobile i was at wifi setting that time some sim message flash but i went away as i touched the wifi screen option by mistake.
can you or anyone else provide me with working sim cm11 build over here or in pm
and also the way to configure sim from settings if not at startup.
Actually after this my mobile undergone a shot circuit itself so needs a repair so can any one estimate what is the cost of repair of such issue, my estimate was 800rs/ 80EUROS as per some website.

Dear all ,
Please help me in this , i had tried to root my device but it didnt work , but two days ago the mobile made automatic update for the software it was ( 2.3.3 ).
then the device crashed down and i couldnt open or do any thing even i tried to reinstall the new software but the same , nothing work and i cant open the mobile, i took it to the agency and they said we cant do any thing because the software is modified , please help me what i can doo, pleaseeeeeee

and when i start in preloader and use smart phone flash tool
i clicked in format and i formated the rom
I did not know that this button to clear the internal memory I was I guess it's only survey data Almstkhaddmn :crying:
Now I do not know what to do? :crying:
my mobile don`t open please help me
can some one give me full rom to flash it agin

copy a rom that supports your mobile into the sd card then boot into recovery and run the zip in the file... I advice you put it as update.zip in case there aint a option called choose from the sd select update zip from sd then everything will be ok

Try this way go to this link CMW Recovery and install CMW Recovery then try this link http://alcateltpop.blogspot.com/2013/11/unbricking-alcatel-ot-4010x-t-pop.html and try something like CM 10.1

nooooo the mobile cant mount cache and data
help
well ive never encountered with alcatel but the general idea of flashing a rom is same... did you try the link i sent you? It must be definitely working for your device too... Btw sorry for the late reply..

My devise is 816w, the problem is after I received lollipop air update I got Goggle Play issue and also there is no google application in my device.
I have rooted it and downloaded cwm but after I did full reset and wipe data I got another problem which is now is only on start screen
or I can get fastboot options.
Could you please guys help me?

Uhm, Hi. Is your phone modified at all? If not:
download the correct file 1.4 GB : google " htc ruu" click the first link, find your phone model, download
put your phone into bootloader->fastboot->connected to pc
open the file on your desktop and run it

So make sure all your files are backed up. I've tried a lot of
Different ways to update my phone to the lollipop and only one way worked. Basically you have to unroot Your phone and then you can update it.
