I am new to this android platform. I just switched from iphone 5s to HTC one m8. I purchase this unlocked htc m8 from HK and comes with some preinstalled chinese apps, which i cannot remove. I want to load just english rom. Please advise me qucik and simple procedure.

I am currently living in China and I purchased myself a HTC One X, but because it is China, there is not any google services available not even google play.
So is there a way for me to basicly transform my phone to WWE version? If I only install a custom rom should that be it? or do I have to do a lot more?
I was already thinking about installing the Android revolution HD but it got me thinking if its even possible to install it on my 1.28.1400.5 build. The phone is not operator locked or anything, pure China HTC

Well, I've searched a lot and tried a lot of ways to make that work, and the only solution I believe is overwrite my full China RUU by a Taiwan RUU.
Thinking about that, I've only finded the following ROMs over the internet:

As you can imagine, none of them worked.
Even doing everything ok, using a GoldCard, etc...
It always end in CID error and I can't replace the firmware.
With all the facts above, can someone help me (and maybe a bunch of other users) and upgrade your Taiwan version of ICS for HTC T328w to 1.56.1402.6 and generate a clean RUU for download?
I think this is the only way to get this working, since all other alternatives didn't.

- HTC Dev? --> if so, wich rom do i need to install to get the most clean version of HTC firmware on my phone *with Sense
- Rooting? --> if so, install a custom rom?

I've got a HTC Desire 816 single SIM dutch (nl) a5_ul version running CM11 smoothly.
Only drawback is i can't use 4G with this ROM. I've searched for a 4G capable radio but i couldn't find it anywhere. My guess is that there isn't one available but please correct me if I'm wrong.
That's why i wanted to revert back to stock HTC ROM. I've tried the one posted by jacktackle in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2768846 but i couldn't get it to work on my phone.
Does any of you know how to install the RUU mentioned above or perhaps does someone have a backup of the stock HTC rom NL region that i can use to revert back to standard software?
My CID is e_11.
