I have the same experience on my iMac. However, Samsungs Kies for Mac does work sucesfully (though it's bloody slow).

Actually. Uninstalled Keis, reinstalled Android File Transfer, and it's now working happily, and about 10 times more quickly than Kies. Yeay.

Yes, DroidVPN works with Note 2...I just did it. But of course then you're locked in to using only the DroidVPN servers. I'm trying to use OpenVPN so I can access my existing vpn service. Using the apps available at the market, I can get a connection to the servers, but the browsers are not getting through to the web. If anyone has any suggestions how to resolve or begin to resolve this problem, I would be very grateful. Thanks.

FYI, I finally understood how to use "OpenVPN for Android" by Arne Schwabe. Turns out that's the only app you need. Now its working great with my vpn service...happy camper. I put a thread up explaining how to do it....actually totally simple.

You can use TWRP recovery for n5100. Use the search tool to find the thread.

Otg is not support grand 2 forever
If you want otg support. Just buy samsung galaxy S5 or note 4
i think OTG is working in Official BlissPOP 4.0.3.,.....check it using y type cable
