I have noticed how all the previous galaxy notes have had the formla match function, where you write a formula and it gives you the answer by using wolfram alpha, either in the S-Finder or the S-note, however ive realised, theyve removed the S-Finder in the note 4 and the formula function isnt in the S-Note, is it somewhere wher i cant find it or have the removed the feature? :crying: thanks

Hi everyone,
i have a lot of apps on my htc touch hd but i want to have all my favorite apps in the app tab in TouchFlow3D. Now i have reached the end of the possible icons there.
My question is, is there a way to have more than 2 sites of icons in these tab?

I think I read here how you can add some more shortcut locations in the programs tab, but I can't find it anymore. I just tried searching the forum. Maybe someone else knows where it was. Or you can try searching again. I think the post said something about 2x12 locations (which is what it has by default) or 4x6 or something like that. If I find it, I'll post back.

where they can add 6 more slots, but it doesn't seem to work properly.
One suggestion for you in the mean time is to delete the first six shortcuts that came as default. They are actually locked so you can't delete them, but you can change that in the registry.
Go to:
HKLM - Software - HTC - Manila - ProgramLauncher
There you will find 24 directories for the 24 shortcut locations.
The first 6 (so 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) have a value of 1 in the "read only" section. Change that to 0. Now you can go to the programs tab and erase those and then add other ones that you want.
I'm also curious if you can add more shortcut locations. Hopefully someone else will know if it is possible.

Saw a post in the Note 10.1 forum but couldn't find a proper solution. I want to get a proper landscape more for Snote, not just the rotation like at the moment but the proper page orientation change. How do I do this??
I have looked at lecture notes and Papyrus and dont particularly like either

Has anyone figured out to use the different charts built into the Note 10.1. I found them under the help screen with all the apps. Includes bar charts, pie charts, tables. It says they work with Snote. How do you get the datasets into the charts?
You insert the type of chart you want then under the edit menu, pick the selection square and draw it around the chart to select A popup menu appears with an edit chart option. When you pick that a new section opens with fields to insert data and headings. When done, tap done and save with data to complete the process.
I have been trying it but it is not working too well. I can draw the first dataset then that's about it. Help screens are not very useful. I would like to figure it out as I have some possible uses for these graphs. I guess I will just play with it for awhile. I hope Samsung makes an upgraded pdf manual for KitKat (4.4.2). There is one for 4.3 but there are changes with new version of android.

Is it possible to remove selected text from the calendar title.
Example, say the word "SPRING" appears on many of my titles but I want that word removed if so, is that possible?
And what if I want to remove one word and then also switch another one?
Example, change. .. SPRING: GIANTS AT PADRES
into... GIANTS @ PADRES
So "Spring:" is removed and "AT" is switched to "@"
I want to do even more than this, but I'm hoping I'd some one could show me how to do this, If it's even possible, then I could expand it from there.

With the native options in Zooper this is not possible. You'll have to process your calendar events through Tasker for this kind of string reformatting.
I use several shortcuts with the Google keyboard but they don't seem to work every time. Sometimes I have to type out the words or go into the dictionary and copy and paste. Anyone else notice this?
You know I can't even figure out what the dictionary is for. I stored my emails in there with shortcuts, I thought when I type the shortcuts it spells out the whole email.
That's how it should work and does on every other phone. Just not on this one.

Thank you for your post Upgrading from Note 4 Possibly pixel xl, hope, or the galaxy s7 edge. But the onboard keyboard is crucial. Ive used the s7 edge keyboard and its good. I have no idea of the pixel xl keyboard, how it is to use for quick continuous typing? If you have any information, please, would be grateful. Davado. [email protected]
