(i wonder what the quality is on inner ear type headsets)

I got the HP Bluetooth Headphones. They seem to pimp them for only the iPaq and such, but they'll work with any A2DP device.
May I suggest our 2.5mm JAVOeBuds?

Modding sony ericsson speakers

Hi all, so my girlfriend has one of those sony ericsson walkman phones and with it, she received some special mount on speakers which just connect to the bottom of the phone.

That's what they look like. Well, they aren't battery powered or anything and they're surprisingly good quality! Way better than the rubbish you find on Ebay..
So my question is this:
Would it be possible to rewire a male mini USB to replace the sony ericsson style end on that and use it for my Hermes? I'd love these speakers so they could mount to the bottom of my phone rather than having them loose on wires.
I could take the easy route and just buy a speaker dock for 3.5mm and get a usb>3.5mm adaptor.. But that's too messy with cabling.
Any advice is appreciated
Cheers

Cheap Easy Fix For Spigen Cases Small Headphone Jack Opening

Hey,
I bought two of these http://www.amazon.com/eForCity-Head...sim_cps_3?ie=UTF8&refRID=0NTQE2YAEY1VWGFACB03 IPhone 3.5 to 3.5 slim headphone adapters for my Nexus 5 and Nexus 7. I use the Spigen Neo Hybrid case on my Nexus 5 which has a small headphone jack opening.
With this adapter I can use my Sennheiser 280 Pro headphones for music in which the jack is too big for the case and my headset and mic for calls work with it as well.
And yes, I shuddered when I first sought a solution in these forums and it was suggested I cut out a bigger opening in my case with a razor blade.
Here is a picture of it on my Nexus 7 (took the picture with my Nexus 5) for those who would rather not click the link.

image should help you if you want to resolder your headphones from CTIA to OMTP. The safest way to do so would be to remove microphone altogether.
The problem was solved on the same day.
It was the defective plug.
