Is there some simple solution to root this phone?
I tryed:
1. KingRoot.
2. KingoRoot. ( android and PC version).
3. OneKlickRoot. (They want money to root).
4. iRoot.
5. RootMaster
All those did not work !

Hi ! It's not mine but just for information if you want customize System UI, they had a Magisk Mod "G-Visual" for Android and work fine on Pixel 4a 5g.
You need have unlock BL and Root Magisk.

But download it on Github : https://github.com/Magisk-Modules-Repo/G-VisualMod
After reboot use Terminal and choose your style..
