Hello,
a long time back I think I bricked my HTC Desire while trying to put a custom ROM. When starting the phone, there is the HTC logo in the middle and 4 exclamation marks in the corners. And when starting with back + power on there is the following information:
AlphaRev CM7 r2
Bravo PVT1 SHIP S-OFF
HBOOT-6.93.1002
MICROP-031d
TOUCH PANEL-SYNT0101
RADIO-5.11.05.27
Aug 10 2010
Does anyone have an idea what I can do now to save the phone? Unfortunately I have no idea what exactly I was doing back then...
Greetings
John

Can u enter recovery? Since ur s-off try reflashing recovery via fastboot commands then see if u can get into recovery. Hopefully u can. If not then ul have to flash stock hboot then run a ruu because normaly when u get the /!\ in the corners u need to run a ruu. But try the recovery first.

So I sold my HTC desire on ebay, and Im going to dispatch it soon, but I have to get it to android 2.2 or 2.3. Even Cynaogen mod if possible. I followed some guides to do it but now my phone will NOT go past the HTC boot screen.
I have tried absolutly everything possible in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1275632 and NOTHING, NOTHING is working.
Does anyone know how I can get my phone to start on any Rom at all??

Download the 2.3 RUU from my sig. It's official htc firmware, as a zip form. Take the zip, put it on the root of your sd-card (outside any folder), then boot in hboot, and select yes.
You will lose all your internal data, but at least the phone will boot.
Help me
still on the white screen with the green logo and vibrates 7 times...
Some Solution??
Did you flash the ruu?
Edit: yeah.. motherboard problem.
Im pretty sure the "vibrate 7 times" = hardware problem.

Try flashing the recovery again through fastboot.
If that doesn't work, then put your phone in the freezer for 10 minutes with the battery taken out, then try to boot in recovery.

I have no clue what to do ... I´m a noob Since there are no instructions what to do when this and that will happen, I need advice.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards, Johnny
Go to the BOOTLOADER. There you will have RECOVERY.
I unroot my phone (Desire Bravo) and it successfully goes to stock version (2.2), But when i open bootloader it shows S-OFF, What it should be after unroot ? S-ON or S-OFF ?
More over when I go to recovery from bootloader, It shows a black screen with a mobile and /!\ logo at the center. (I solved it by flashing a file) , But tell me is all these things (Boot loader , Recovery, S-OFF) are available in a Unrooted phone ?
Too much confusing :/
