[Q] Weather App similar to Regina Launchers?

I really like the idea of having the clock and weather forecast all in one widget similar to the one in the Regina Launcher. I don't want the launcher just a similar widget any ideas?

Put a wallpaper on the stock app drawer

Is it possible to flash a zip to enable the gray gradient which is present in all the settings in the OS to the app drawer as a background instead of the stock black one?

I am not using any launchers but just changing icons that I want from an icon pack using the awesome icons apk.
