816 dual sim after unlock bootloader and root with kingroot!!! go on htc loop .then try write recovery .all recovery give me black screen but only recovery twrp work and not have backup for this recovery ...

i have flash this Rom (HTC Desire 816 A5_DUG V2.34.708.1 Lollipop Stock Backup non rooted TWRP) to my HTC 816 then everything work good except the two sim card have no service
what can i do to fix that ?

I flashed TWRP recovery 2.8.7.0 on the htc desire 820 dual sim device and got root and installed " HTC DUMLOCK " on the recovery , But The " HTC DUMLOCK APPS " unfortunately stopped and not work. what's the solution.
