Dear Friends,
I've bought a Samsung Galaxy Fame 6812i from GROUPON, USA two mounts ago.
The original ROM was with firmware S6812IZNAMD6.
Music Player and Accuweather widget didn’t work at all.
I find on SAMMOBILE newer firmware S6812IZNAMI1 and decided to update.
And .... I have no Google applications after this update is done!
What is mess?
Then I saw the content of the "system.img" part of this S6812IZNAMI1 and I mentioned that this firmware S6812IZNAMI1 has not any Google apk!
I review the "original" ROM - S6812IZNAMD6 on SAMOBILE - it is the same with apks in system.img - dedicated for China (Unicom) only
My questions are:
1. Witch firmware and where from I have to download for Galaxy Fame 6812i (the suffix"i" is important) ? - I want Google apks in my phone for USA / Europe regions.
2. Can I use the stock ROM for FAME Lite (S6790) or FAME Lite duos (S6792) to flash via Odin my phone 67812i?
How to replace sistem.img from ROM for FAME Lite (S6790) or FAME Lite duos (S6792) in 6812i one.
Are there any tricks to do this ROM replacement?
U can try custom rom fr ur device may be it will solve ur problem

Fame lite rom not working on ur mobile bcoz odin detect only stock firmware which is related to ur mobile

I'm looking for EUROPE or USA or ANY ROM for 6812i that support google's services and store.

hii all... I updated my grand duos to a rom
downloaded from sam mobile. This was the
update of previous 4.2.2. But unfortunately i
installed it through bootloader instead of PDA
(option in odin). After this my mobile is hangging
a lot even after i format(factory reset) it several
times and i also reinstalled the previous ROM
from sam mobile, and another roms also but it iz
still not working properly.. Plz help me out.
Now I am using an update from sam mobile.
Details are here:

Now i want to switch back to original Samsung official rom for note 3 neo.

Which Stock firmware to download for india? INS or INU?
both INS and INU are marked as : INDIA
It doesn't really matter anyway.
as long as you flash the right firmware for your N3N variant. as long as I know the only difference is the baseband..

Did you back up your stock rom before changing to a custom rom?
If yes then its just a easy task to get your original stock rom with your pervious settings and data.
Procedure :
I assume you are using a custom recovery (TWRP):
Check the attached detail
Note:
You cannot degrade your ROm from Kitkat to Jellybean
If your original was 4.3 Iam sorry Its now complicated.
.If you only need a fresh stock rom then download if from sams and use odin installation mode.

But the OTA update is unavilable...
It says

I recived it with preloaded superuser.(Pre rooted)
MY friend told if i flash custom rom problems will come in base band...

If u want the lastest version of android the only solution is to root your phone and install recovery and i recommend to flash wesam.othan v8..1 rom because it's a international rom so it will work for India baseband too.

I had the same problem with my rooted N7100. You have to make updates with Kies or Odin. If you wish to use the stock android, download from sammobile.com the indian version of the firmware for the N7100.
Hi all, a friend of mine has a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 GT-N5100 from China. This version does not have Google Play on it, and is therefore not able to install any apps. Can we Odin flash a new base image for him from sammobile that is for the base image for India (for N5100 only)? Has anyone done that before?

Do not install the M305M stock rom onto M305F via Odin. Even if successful you will get many issues due to the CSC code and the Region specific software configuration. Why do you want to install the M305M firmware might I ask?
