Download Mode not working? Turn off phone, push and hold Volume Up + Home and Power. From Download Mode you can connect phone to PC and flash original firmware with Odin.

but it is detected by ODIN in diagnostic mode but it gets stuck at started connection and does nothing any suggestions?
Yes go to manufactory and unbrick it if its not under warranty anymore then ur f***ed
Grts google
if you attempted to flash another rom, your warranty was murdered, cut up, stomped on, and fed to the dog. samsung voids your warranty if you mess with the bootloader.
What if you try to power up with:
VOLUME DOWN + HOME + POWER?

That's not very likely to work either. I had to take mine to the service centre. Luckily they replaced the mainboard - free of charge, as the phone was still under warranty it seems.

Help needed please! I tried rooting my international version note 2 gt-n7100 through odin with CF-auto root.i followed the procedure i.e booted into download mode flashed the tar.md5 cf-auto root file.
The process completed and at the left corner "RESET" written appeared.
After that my phone rebooted n then when i checked it was rooted..
After this, when i tried to get into download mode a broken android appeared n i was redirected towards my phone stock recovery! There is no download mode just a broken android. Phone is working fine though and is rooted as well. Please help m posting the screenshot of the phone build number etc if that helps.
Thankyou.
You are using button combos for entering into recovery .. For download mode - power + home + vol down.
Hello everyone,
My phone is stuck on bootloop after flashing a ROM and my volume up key is broken (so I can't enter download or recovery mode). Is there any way I can flash the stock ROM on my phone?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
i think there is a dongle you can buy and insert it into ur charger port and it automatically kicks you into download...try and look it up. good luck
The USB jig may put your phone into download mode when everything else fails.
