I've been looking at the pre-order page on BB to see if the Verizon version was available to pre-order online. Last night the price showed as $299 on contract and not yet available. Today it shows $349 on contract and not yet available. Did they up the price or is this just an error?
Wont let me post a link to it...
crap that isnt good. i was hoping $699 for off contract. crap time to sell more stuff!
still $699 at verizon! yay
Hopefully that is not the price in store as well.
Its still cheaper than verizon considering that they will accept my htc rezound as a trade in phone while verizonwireless will not.
Just hope I get some one who knows how to transfer an upgrade from one phone number to another.
When I pre ordered in store it was 299 better be that when I go to pick it up or there getting a ear full

fyi from what they told me, pre-ordering the phone doesn't mean locking in the price. if the price changed you're responsible for the new price. that's what they told me in store anyway

According to the website, the ATT and Verizon Note 4 variants are listed as $299, the Sprint Note 4 variants are listed as $349. I think its safe to say that our Note 4s are still the same price.
I'll wait until it is cheaper off contract than $700. Can't afford **** that expensive

The Verizon price has been changed back to $299 as it was originally. Part of this past week it was at $349 on the BB website.

What worst is that no more pre order for Verizon note 4 from BestBuy. I went to BB today and their system can't do pre order for Verizon N4 and so is the website, however, you still can preorder note4 with AT&T...
Maybe it's an error in their system?
Up to this day you have not been able to preorder via best buys website.
I preordered my Verizon note 4 (white) last Friday and my wife preordered her Verizon note 4 (also white) yesterday (Monday) without any issues. The phone is $299, $100 after trading in ANY working smart phone that isn't damaged (cracked screen, turns on, no water damage). There is NO minimum trade in value required unlike the Samsung promotion ($10 minimum value). They make you buy a $50 gift card as a "place holder" for the phone, you have 48 hours to pick up the phone after it arrives otherwise they will sell it to someone else. All gift cards purchased (the $50 place holder) and the $200 one you receive for trading in a phone, can all be used toward the purchase of the phone immediately.
I have spoke to the store manager, customer service, the Verizon and Samsung reps at the store. The customer service rep did say you need to bring in the charger for it, the others did not say that. I'm going to bring mine in either way. I also took their names down in case they try to pull a fast one. I suggest anyone else does the same so there are no surprises when the phone arrives.
Good luck
I'll put chargers in my car, but I'm not bringing them in unless they make noise about it. My store just said charged working phones without water or cracked screen damage.

My online order was recently cancelled by T-Mobile for unknown reasons, possibly due to no stock. It is really frustrating especially after you wait for a week to find out the phone you ordered was on backorder and eventually cancelled. Is it better to wait and purchase online at T-Mobile's website once stocks are available again or should I purchase at the T-Mobile store? Are there any differences I should be looking out for?
Retail Store
I bought my Note 2 at the retail store. I had a similar experience with the first Note, ordered it and found out 3 days later the order was canceled because they were out of stock. In hind sight sort glad it turned out that way, loving my Note 2.

Got mine at the tmobile store. At the time it was same price in store and online. The guy activated my new sim and added the phone to my insurance. Paid full price. I was in and out of the store about 20 minutes....painless
try ordering over the phone.

What's a corporate store? Is it the same as T-Mobile Retail Store?
Also the promotion you are getting, is that with contract, only?

It's corporate store, not dealer.
Do you remember the $0 promotion from 21-31 last month? This applied to Value Plan only and your contact will be reset.
I remember a promotion like that going on. However, I was inclined into a different plan. Guess, that was the reason why I waited and finally came to know T-Mobile's Online store was out-of-stock. I wouldn't mind paying the full price for the Note II. Would stores be having it ready in stock?

Did you call the number that they gave for questions? I did, and they said that it was not canceled even tho i received the same email, and they said it to be an error. I recently put my order number in and it came up cancelled, but low and behold a few hours later i received an email that my note II has shipped. I would check your CC and see if they charged it. And call in. :good: good luck

sold one on ebay a week ago for little over $400, after fees+ ship I net around $350
$275 isn't bad if you don't want to go through the trouble
Listed mine on craiglist 2 days ago for $425. No one interested, then i lowered down to 400$ , still got no calls or texts. Today, I lowered down to $375, finally got someone offered $325. I sold it to him. If this WAs an iphone 5, its probably been sold the 1st day.

I have a question. I am thinking to buy the Note 4 in the following manner
1) Pre-order the Note 4 on ATT website by selecting ATT Next 12 and adding a new line (this makes me eligible for a $100 credit )
2) Trade-in my old iPhone 4S at Bestbuy (value shown is around $40)
3) The difference amount i.e (200-40=160$) will be paid by Samsung ?
In this way I am having a savings of $300. Am I missing something here ? Please help
Thank You
Needs to be traded to the retailer where you're preordering
Does it state that in the fine print? Anyways AT&T is giving me 0 value for my 4S whereas bestbuy is offering me atleast 40$. So i am really confused what to do. I can't order from Bestbuy as Store pickup is required.

"Store pickup is required"??? Where are you getting your information from? When I have attempted to pre-order from Best Buy, I am told the pre-orders can only be SHIPPED to my home. There is no store pickup option. I know this because I actually prefer store pickup for my circumstances, but Best Buy will not give the option if you pre-order online. Now, if you go into a store and do it... that's another issue.

Yes. Looks like you have the proper steps as outlined here https://samsunggalaxypromotions.com/Note4/
As long as Best Buy is an official trade in site...although I believe Sprint offers a little more in trade-in value. Which if it is the same Iphone 4S at AT&T listed here https://secure.sprintbuyback.com/cns/device_list...it is worth $202. Or it looks like it is worth $100 to AT&T...then you would only be waiting on $100 check from Samsung.
Best buy has a "deal" going on now.trade in any "working" smart phone get $200 on preorder note 4.
I'm on att.didn't ask if att deal only.
Preorder for $50 (get gift card to use toward perchase).minus $200 for used phone = $250 off $299 att note 4.waiting for phone to come in.
Will see if legit or just blowing smoke.ordered phone 10/19.

This is legit, traded in a prepay cheap Windows phone I had laying around and got the $200 gift card plus an extra $50 bucks for signing up in the early part of the year promising to upgrade through best buy. Put the whole gift card towards my pre-order of the nexus 9 ?
Preordered my att note 4 from best buy 10/18.picked it up 10/25 at store.put $50 down.they gave me gift card to use toward purchase.at time of p/u,I gave them a used galaxy S2(i777).they gave me $200 toward purchase of note 4.that gave me $250 toward the $299 note 4.after taxes it was $73+ I paid them.waiting to see if there is any fees beside activation thru att.this was a standard 2 year upgrade.
no trouble with my trade-in phone.
no questions asked.it turned on.they checked numbers to make sure it wasn't stolen.and that was it.I bought that phone with broke screen and bad charge port.fixed both.used couple a couple of weeks.
overall good experience.

I was told I'd get a $200 account credit by the tech at the AT&T store for my Note 4. I have no need for any store credit, I have everything I want already, I had my case and screen protector preordered, and already have the S2 watch. They told me I had to take the $300 credit and I made a fuss - ended up with the $200 account credit and $100 store credit. I spent it on a little bluetooth speaker, the Wonderboom.
I got 300.00 for my note 4. Applied it to bill credits.

I went into the store. They applied the credit right then, got a new VR, some LG wireless headphones and $430 in bill credits.
I did mine in the store too. I would have preferred it as a credit against my bill, but they wouldn't do that. They applied part of it to tax on the phone, and then got a Gear S3 Frontier for $49, Beats X earbuds, and the leather wireless charger... both of which were also discounted from their normal crazy prices. Net was about $25 more I had to kick in. My trade in was a mint condition Galaxy S5. I am so glad I got the Gear S3, because I was coming from iPhone w/AW, and I love the Gear S3.

WTF, I turned in an S5 and got $450
You got ripped off for sure.
I had actually ordered yesterday direct from Samsung which was giving $350 trade in for the same phone plus $70 for accessories. I just checked my Tmo app and saw this new Promo so I cancelled the Samsung order and put the order in with TMO which is giving the trade in values for purchase of a variety of the new Samsung phones. They charged $88 for taxes and upgrade fee, then give me a $125 credit when the old phone is returned and $375 in monthly bill credits. The bottom line is that I make $37 up from TMO and then have to pay $15 a month for 24 months.
You may or may not be able to use Insider code type 3 from TMO. $200 rebate.

UPDATE: I MAY be getting the price match after all, but its not worth the drama.
A second person on chat told me they were 110% sure they were doing price matching, but you have to order first, then get the match. I went ahead and ordered and called yesterday to get the match, but they said they couldn't see it in their system yet, try later.
Called again today and was told I had to wait until the order was shipped to get the match. Spent about 20 min on the phone with them with nonsense.
After the call I decided to just cancel and buy from Amazon. Samsung's website then offered me 10% off to keep the order, so I said ok (credit applied after shipping). Theoretically I can still call when it ships and get the full price match.
Suggestions to avoid the drama:
1) buy from Samsung for $700, get 3% back from Rakuten, plus $70 instant credit on samsung.com, then cancel the order and accept the 10% rebate, OR
2) buy from Amazon for $600.

I'd rather buy from Samsung that's just me... I did the cancel thing after order on my fold 2 and got $100 back credited when they charged me for order once it shipped...if going that way you would usually get email telling you of the credit you will get at shipping... I would still chat them for the full $100 match... Don't know why they giving you such hard time... Ughhh sorry to hear it..
When I cancelled my order with Samsung it just cancelled and I was not offered any discount to continue with the purchase. Samsung was offering $350 trade in for the S9 plus $70 for accessories, which I generally find to be quite expensive at Samsung. So the $500 trade in from TMO gave me $80 more than I would have received from Samsung. Although I also like to buy direct from Samsung, I felt a little burned by them when they dropped the price of the Note 20 Ultra by $200 just three weeks after it was delivered.
When I ordered mine, Samsung told me I had to wait until it shipped. I traded in an iPhone 11 Pro, which took the phone down to $55.00 US. After it shipped I messaged them back, and they told me they couldn't refund more than I paid, so they gave me a $110.00 Samsung Credit code within about 2 hours.

SECOND UPDATE: I ended up getting both the 10% ($70) rebate for not cancelling AND the $100 price match, so yay me, I guess. So my final out the door price from Samsung was $530 USD (plus tax). That included the $70 credit at the Samsung store, which I used to buy a case and their little discount fitbit. I also got a 2% rebate from Rakuten and 1.5% from my credit card (Capitol One).
Traded in my OnePlus 6t for $500 trade in discount at T-mobile. Will pay about $9/mth for 2yrs
Once you realize that this device gets left out of their beta program, and their monthly updates. It doesn't looks as nice as it seems. October security patch was launched for all S20 devices, except the S20 FE. Beta program is the same, all S20 family devices except S20 FE. Not so appealing now.
