cant delete system apps

my M8 has been unlucked and rooted but i cant delete apps from system/app or system/priv-app. every time after the phone has rebooted, the apps which have been deleted are back again. what's going on?

Your rom doesn't have write protection disabled, that's special module build by @flar2 in order to work.
Also, you shouldn't post such questions in development thread.

[MOD] IOS Emoji's for HTC One M9 all Variants [Root Needed]

You will need a file explorer with root access, i would recommend Root Explorer.
1. Go to /system/fonts & rename hTC_ColorEmoji.ttf to hTC_ColorEmoji.backup
2. Download - https://mega.co.nz/#!j5JDAbQD!5ArLWVGeovlRZqbXkevFGdaHQhdIJTkJ6XhJ2yi7ob4
Which is hTC_ColorEmoji.ttf and put it into /system/fonts/
3. Set /system/fonts/hTC_ColorEmoji.ttf to have permissions 644 (rw-r--r--) - THE SAME PERMISSIONS AS THE OLD ONE.
4. Reboot & enjoy!

This should work on any device, just as long as you replace the right file, in some AOSP ROMS the file is called AndroidColorEmoji.ttf, all you have to do is replace it with the one attached.
I would create a ZIP file, but im new to this HTC system & some people don't have custom recovery's & just root.

I replaced both of the files and gave them the right permissions. Still not working. I have no idea if I did something wrong. Can you give me any help, please?

I created an updater script for this but the fonts don't work either way.
Maybe there's some other font being used now since this thread was created?
The two fonts @dom_mnml linked are both the same, just different filenames.
Here's my updater script if someone wants to try it out... As I said, it doesn't work for me.
ios_emoji_1.0.zip (Remember to make backups first!)

I know it's working on CM. I had CM in the past, but somehow on stock rom it's not working, that s why I asked.. thx anyway!

Does anyone have a copy of this? The file in the original post is now dead and I would like to apply this to my m9.

majisk 11.6 issue

Flashed twrp and vwrtiy 5.1 than majisk when open app and says to update on playstore says app not found in searches it gone too any other way to root stock ROM :good:

I read somewhere that Magisk is being redesigned for Android O maybe or something is in the works. Maybe this link helps:

Google Movies

Does anyone have problems playing movies on ROMs? Coz every ROM I use the movies just stay black and show a buffer icon!? Please anyone got advice?

Not without recompiling the rom & I don't know what needs to be changed - you will have to ask the rom dev,

Its a chinese EUI update ( Still Marshmallow) that is full of hard to remove chinese adware.

Probabily a fake one. I haven't seen update on leeco's official website till now.

Don't bother with anything running on MM
