Help my Xperia Play stays on display Sony Ericsson
Hopefully someone can help me!
The issue is that my Xperia Play stays on the screen of Sony Ericsson, and try to flash it with flash tool and various kernels and allows me to retrieve it, but when I unplug it turns off and returns to the screen from Sony, and also try it with SUS and all it does, is it tells me that the phone has the latest update!
I've been checking the forums and none has helped me, please HELP
Ojala alguien me pueda ayudar!
El tema es que mi Xperia Play se queda en la pantalla de Sony Ericsson , ya intente flashearlo con flash tool y diversos kernels y me permite recuperarlo pero en cuanto lo desconecto se apaga y regresa a la pantalla de Sony , también ya lo intente con SUS y lo único que hace es que me dice que el teléfono ya tiene la ultima actualización!! :silly:
Me la he pasado revisando foros y ninguo me a ayudado por favor HELP

When u say try to flash with flashtool what exactly are you flashing?? Try flashing a .ftf file. And is ur bootloader locked or unlocked??? I presume its unlocked if you flashed kernels. But try flashing a baseband(.ftf) if you havent already it should only be at sony ericsson screen for 5mins roughly then boot for the first time.

hola, espero porder ayudarte este fue mi caso, busque y busque la actualizacion para ese mismo modelo y resulta que sony afirmo la actualizacion pero solo para los modelos con terminacion 3 osea el d5303, asi que lo mas facil es flashear el telefono y ponerle cambiarle el firmware al 03 y asi podras tener la actualizacion

Is d5303 and d5306 firmwares compatible?
I got d5306 and I still have doubts as what's the best way to get my Firmware up to date.
Right now it's 4.3 with a bunch of my carrier's crap all over it.
I want (if possible) a clean stock firmware that's stable and with good battery life.
Any help appreciated, really don't know where to start, but I'm familiar with flashing and rooting terminology.
You can cross flash between D5306 and D5303 and vice versa
Guys i downloades the update in pc companion with unlocked bootloader,it shows modified software,i know about that,but where is the downloaded uodate in pc?there is no db folder in update engine?how to create ftf using the latest pc companion

I'm guessing it means its language of origin is Russian. I flashed exactly that one into my D5306 and it worked with no problems. But I had to re-download the Internet settings to be able to use my data. But it's all automatic so you should have no problem.
I haven't rooted it yet, so I don't know about that.

If your carrier is telcel, you can do the update with pc companion already.
Si tu operador es telcel, ya puedes hacer la actualizacion con pc companion.

mi xperia play no enciende lo conecto a la pc y solo parpadea la luz roja mas nada y probado con diversos programas como flash tool , sony companion ETC y no sirven porque la pc no lo reconoce , por favor alguien que me pueda ayudar quiero revivir mis dias de jugar con mi xperia
