Can't enter download mode

I borrowed my friend's phone, he suggested that he want to change his ROM due to some lags and freezes. Any instructions how can I easily help him? Because I don't have any idea on his device.
Here's what happen when I entered download mode:

I think Similar picture I seen here in XDA which was China Copy Clone Mobile,better ask your friend about this, if it's not original N7100 forget to fix threw original firmware of Galaxy note 2.

its a clone fore sure so chapter closed, maybe china guys can help in their relevant forum, these guys are amazing in making clones

[Q]Problem with Setting

Today i have try PA rom. but i got big problem. when i use Setting, it's look like a stock rom style, i dont see where to apply pie, tablet UI, performance or anything else.can anyone tell me what happend with my phone ???

Why does it seem so hard to read a single thread that explains the features? Why does this seem to allude people?

Hi all,
So I am having the same issue here. I did read the previous post, and read the changelog and watched the video. That said, the ROM I am using is an unofficial ROM for the Samsung Tab 2.7. I suspect that therein lies the issue.
If however, I am missing something simple, any advice you can give would be much appriciated.

No I didn't have them before and I flashed it with LG FLASH TOOL because I didn't got the update and I flashed this version - LG G3 (32GB - D85520E_00.kdz) - Open Europe (LG)..

that is because the mobile IMEI is Singapore , unfortunately i thing we cannot change the region ,

Hi,
I'm a totally noob at this rom, flash or reset etc. etc. Please enlighten me. Just give me simple instructions and links to download the files.
and I will try to figure it out.
I'm going to make this short. I bought this mi6 phone from a friend online.
I didn't know that this phone is stolen from someone.
It was fine for a month, but after updating OS. suddenly it says. "This device is locked"
It requires me to enter MI account which I don't have either the seller.
Image below, not mine but same lock screen.
I've read something that I should go to the official MI website and create an account associated with my mi phone. The problem is I don't have MI account and I don't know what email and phone number the previous used.
Please help. redirecting me to ther thread and few simple steps will be appriciated.

The model name won't show up at all regardless what i do, any help?

Did you try changing the theme by the light default? Some themes don`t show things properly, also you could check that with fastboot getvar all

everything looks normal in getvar all, it's the same compared to what it was before unlocking. Also getvar all won't say the model name, only variant and serial number
Also the theme is the classic MIUI 12 theme. I even changed it to MIUI 11 theme and the result was the same, it still doesn't show the phone number.

Oh god i finally solved it
i solved it by changing ro.product.cert to the actual device model
