i just change my cid to super cid and mid to european version and downloaded this stock ROM : One_M8_2.22.401.4_odexed.zip
im now google play edition non rooted s-off ; how can i flash this rom ???

Nothing. You only need the rom on the phone and a kit kat recovery.

Unlock Status: Unlocked!
Current Rom version : Cyanogenmod 11.2 (KitKat 4.4.2)
Current Recovery version: CWM 6.0.4.8
Current Software version: 4.18.401.4
Now i want to try the "Android Revolution HD 33.1 | Sense 5 | 4.18.401.3"-Rom, because the cyanogenmod dont work properly for me.
according to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1562603 It looks easier as it is ^^
ive Downloaded the required Rom and the Flash_boot.img

-Proper HBOOT version for Jelly Bean based ROM - How To change Hboot - Stuck
ATM im stuck on the Firmware updates. As far as i know, i have to update/modify the hboot version. How do i get the right Firmware.zip ?

This to you don't need because you have the latest JB firmware and with this latest HBOOT.
You can install ARHD when you want without doing enything more, just flash the ARHD and flash the boot.img

So I have the unlocked HTC One M8 Asian variant, im rooted with unlocked bootloader and S-On. CWM Recovery.
I am now running CM11 on 4.4.4 and I want to go and try some Sense 6 based custom ROMS like Viper or InsterCoin.
Do I HAVE TO update my firmware in order to do so? What is exactly the firmware and how can I know what i'm running right now?
Any good tutorial in order to update firmware while S-On or guide to install sense based rom without updating firmware?

Hello Guys, i want to flash my device to the newest ViperOneM8 4.3.0
to do that i neet the newest firmware version 4.4.4 (Kitkat)
actually i have installed the version 2.22.166.6
so now i must download from somwhere the original stock rom to get the update but i forgot to make a backup of the stock rom so i'm not able to update
i would really appreciate if someone have such an old ota
and is it possible just to flash the newest firmware and then flash the new viper rom or is it then troubleshooting ? would that solve my problem ?

Yes. Just flash away.
Check the relevant ROM thread to see if there are any specific hboot or TWRP version requirements. But if yours are already current, you should be good to go.
