After many many tries i found a way to convert my CUCC edition to WW.
This way should work for any Edition.
1.) Install ADB & USB Drivers
2.) Download recovery image (version should be smaller or equal to desired rom)
3.) Boot to fastboot mode (Power + Vol Up)
4.1) flash fastboot.img from original desired rom zip (fastboot flash fastboot fastboot.img)
4.2) flash recovery image (fastboot flash recovery xyz.img)
5.) reboot to fastboot again
6.) launch recovery from fastboot
7.) upload firmware (adb sideload xyz.zip)
8.) wipe cache
9.) reboot
Your phone should now have the desired ROM & SKU (even future OTA updates should work)

---------- Post added at 08:26 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:19 AM ----------
so all you did was flash the img file ,
then you flash the newest WW rom
regardles of your phone's SKU image
meaning if my phone is cucc i can just straightaway flash WW newst rom?

from android mode you can simply boot to fastboot by issuing following command: "adb reboot fastboot"
or to recovery: "adb reboot recovery"
and it should not matter which version you convert to which version as long as you choose the right fastboot and recovery image (the edition you want to have as a result)
doesn't work with CUCC firmware
I tried this method. My fimware is ASUS_T00G_CUCC_user_1.17.40.17_20140812_9510.
At step adb sideoad : Error : "E:signature verification failed. Installation aborted. Can't open /tap/update-script.log. E:Cannot load volume /sisc!"
I used these : 1.17.40.16_ww_recovery.img and UL_ASUS_T00G_WW_1_18_40_11.zip.
Any idea please ?

thank you for your post.
i have manage to update from cucc to ww
your procedure is definitely correct.
on your 4.1 procedure is got mistaken command
4.1) flash fastboot.img from original desired rom zip (adb fastboot flash fastboot fastboot.img)'
when you want to flash it. please do (fastboot flash fastboot fastboot.img)
for some newbie they dint know that by typing adb fastboot wont be able to flash
and they would thought they have flashed it since there is alot of words coming out from the cmd. but its just adb information.
after this point.
do exactly like above.
you will manage to get it done correctly like i am.
just write it for hope to help newbie on flashing.
Thanks, changed at first post....
Question.?
Is This Wright??
2.) Download recovery image (version should be smaller or equal to desired rom) = cucc version??
4.2) flash recovery image (fastboot flash recovery xyz.img)= cucc version??
7.) upload firmware (adb sideload xyz.zip)= version 2.19 ww??

After some research on internet and xda i decided to try to relock my bootloader with the information provided by RealYoti, and this is how i did without causing a war conflict a Cthulhu evocation or a burning Zenfone
Anyway follow this guide at your own risk, turn on your brain and everything will be fine (hopefully)
Download these files
AFT: https://mega.nz/#!LcwhXDLZ!PN1jzQ0hD...QyvMzN8VK4fVBU
RAW: https://mega.nz/#!7cA3nTZC!NiHOzVoVP...axpE2es7lrwGpI
Install the Asus flash tool
Reboot your zenfone to bootloader
Open the asusflash tool
Select your model in the drop-down menu (under the button settings)
Choose if you want to keep the data or to wipe it all (i wiped)
Click on the box and the select the raw file you just downloaded
Connect your phone to the pc with the original usb cable
Now you should see your phone in the device list, check if all is ok and then start the flash clicking the green button on the top
Wait for 6-7 minutes and your phone should boot to android but now is recognized as ZE550ML, we have to fix this
Reboot to bootloader
Download from here (thanks to Shaka Huang) the last recovery set for the ze551ml (recovery.img droidboot.img boot.img)
Flash it from cmd:
Code:
fastboot flash fastboot droidboot.img
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Now we are ready to flash the ZE551ML firmware download the last one from the asus support site
From the bootloader enter in the recovery
Apply update from adb/sideload
From the pc CMD type
Code:
adb sideload thezipyoujustdownloaded.zip
Wait
Wipe data/cache factory restore
Reboot
Enjoy your warranty
Let me now if there is any unclear passage
Thanks to:

I Tried to flash twrp after this procedure and it worked so the bootloader even with this method remains unlocked, it only reverts to stock
this is awesome in case you need to regain warranty!!
I Updated the first post, the bootloader after a deeper research remains unlocked, so the method with the raw file reverts only to stock

Because I just tested it, I've got a few small clearifications to
Install using force update
Steps:
Boot to fastboot: VOLUME DOWN + POWER:
Flash twrp recovery: fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
unplug USB cable
boot into twrp recovery: VOLUME UP + POWER:
devices internal memory should show up on pc
copy stock rom to dload/update.app on device.
For this I created the folder '/sdcard/dload' by:
'adb shell'
'mkdir /sdcard/dload'
'exit'
'adb push dload/UPDATE.APP /sdcard/dload/'
this step is not needed
this step is not needed
boot to force update: VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN + POWER:
update should be installed
the device will restart automatically, with the stock recovery (i.e. twrp will be overwritten in the process)
Kind regards,

Android stock ROM from Android..
Well, all of you techno wizards here…
There is a common occurrence happening throughout the Android world of users. At any given moment, under no certain circumstances known yet, the Bootloader screen appears without summoning it to. The screen will say "unable to do normal boot" & there is no opportunity for any other option as the screen "Downloading, do not turn off target". There are fixes to this (flashing), now tho… why does a PC need to be involved & monopolize the procedure?
We need a way to install STOCK ANDROID OS FROM AN ANDROID DEVICE. Its all Linux.
Anybody?!
Guys, if anyone has the "can't flash system.img" or " can't load system.img" just use a new version of fastboot and follow the same steps and it will work . i tried it and finally managed to flash stock rom. :good:
how using sdk

I tried to go back to stock rom from CM 14.1 Unofficial following this youtube tutorial : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inzG5MLS2y4
I downloaded 2.20.40.196(Latest Android L) but couldn't find appropriate recovery for it.So I searched xda and got one.
I followed this sequence:
1.) fastboot flash recovery (name of recovery).img
2.) fastboot flash boot boot.img
3.) fastboot flash fastboot droidboot.img
the boot.img and droidboot.img being extracted from the stock rom itself.
But after flashing, it shows "continue the fastboot process" in blue and selecting recovery option reboots the phone and brings it back to fastboot.
I CAN ACCESS FASTBOOT MODE,MY DEVICE IS RECOGNIZED BY MY PC.
But there is no recovery.
Kindly suggest what to do in relevance to my post.

cool down buddy. it was for informational purpose only. he was already using commands to do so. i just told him the correct way.
second for using AFT he have to download raw firmware. which is more than 1 Gb of data which will be costly if he is using mobile data to download. as he mentioned he already downloaded LP firmware from asus. with above method. he will be able to install the earlier downloaded zip file without any additional firmware download.
third as he mentioned he was on CM. i doubt installation with AFT might not be successful. he may have to flash stock ifwi and recovery and boot etc...

you might have unlocked bootloader with unofficial method. nothing to worry about its just a warning devices are far more insecure. if you are worried about privacy things. believe there is nothing like secure when using digital devices. and there is not even single service provider which do not collect data. hence enjoy your unlocked device and play around

the last working firmware. whichever was installed last time. (assume you were on latest MM ww4.21.40.233... extract it and get the files (boot.img, recovery.img, droidboot.img, splashscreen.img) in the same firmware there will be ifwi.zip extract that too and get the files (bom token, dnx , ifwi)... now copy the extracted files to adb fastboot tool folder. and then in same folder move cursor to and empty place and hold shift and right click on mouse. you will get option open command windows here.
now reboot your phone in fastboot mode and connect to PC.. now run the following commands
fastboot devices ( to see if device is recognized by pc and fastboot tool)
fastboot flash splashscreen splashscreen.img
fastboot flash token " bom token file name" (without commas )
fastboot flash dnx "dnx file name"
fastboot flash ifwi "ifwi file name"
fastboot erase boot
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot erase recovery
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot erase fastboot
fastboot flash fastboot droidboot.img
fastboot reboot
keep in mind extract files from the same firmware you were on the last time when your device was working.

as you already downloaded that rom.. and also the recovery needed for that rom..
first of all same as earlier flash MM bootloader. ther reboot bootloader once then flash twrp. the exactly mentioned in the RBR rom thread. then go to advanced in twrp and click adb sidelaod. tick wipe dalvik cache and cache. swipe to sideload ... now run command adb sideload "rom file name"
if bootloops after flashing firmware. do a factory reset and reboot. going to sleep now 1.15 AM here. will answer tomorrow if any other question

I don't know what "method 1 and 2" refers to but usually you do it with adb/fastboot. Assuming you have a computer running windows, you need to extract this:
https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform-tools-latest-windows.zip
- Plug your fully booted phone to your computer with the USB cable.
- From the command line, navigate to where you extracted the files and type:
adb reboot bootloader
- your phone will reboot in fastboot mode, wait for it.
- download and extract latest TWRP binary into the same folder you previously extracted the files : https://eu.dl.twrp.me/whyred/twrp-3.2.2-0-whyred.img.html
- assuming the default filename of twrp-3.2.2-0-whyred.img, type fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.2.2-0-whyred.img
- press and hold the volume up key on your phone and type fastboot reboot
- keep holding volume up until the phone reboot in TWRP.
* Note that if you fail to reboot into TWRP the first time, MIUI will overwrite TWRP with stock recovery and you will have to flash TWRP again.
You have ARP anti 4 rom!
[miui 9.5.22.0 CN.]
You have ARP anti 4 rom!
To flash TWRP you need to temporarily boot it with: -
fastboot boot <name of TWRP>.img
Then when booted, copy the image file to your device, and then install TWRP image to recovery from temp TWRP.
From TWRP, then reboot to recovery to actually use the installed version.
If your sticking with MIUI, remember to flash the script that allows the device to boot with TWRP, or use a TWRP that includes it.
WARNING: - DO NOT Flash firmware's or roms lower than the version your on, or you will brick your device.
