I am proud to present to you BeanStalk ROM builds. This is a build derived from CM with a ton of useful features added. You get speed, ultra customization ability and later, stability. Many of the additional code additions came from slim ROM and also Derteufels build and have been modified to work with the BeanStalk. A huge thanks to Derteufel and the Slim ROM guys for their work and dedication. Also a big thanks to everyone involved with CM as that is the building stone in this project. Thanks to @skyliner33v for the bootanimation and upcoming wallpapers!
The BeanStalk is always evolving, new features coming in, bugs being ironed out. It's happening right here folks.

The ROM doesn't include the new Theme Engine ATM since it was not included when I compiled the ROM but the next update definitely will include it

Thanks for the build.... However gapps FC after I enter my login & password. Using slim4.4.4 normal gapps. I've tried several times. It's a clean install, but as a secondary ROM under multirom. Going to try couple other gapps and report back. Anyone else having any issues or anyone running smooth? I saw there were several DL's.

I was able to instal the rom on TF201 with Grimlock V3 kernel.
Wasn't lucky with configuration manager, as reported above.
The FC's didn't let me pass that. Used SlimAiO Gapps.
Much respect for the OP for leaving an escape door - the reboot to recovery enebled by default:good:

As told in the OP, do not flash (any) ROM without backing up tour data !!!
I'll try to fix this issue asap, I don't have this device so sorry but I can't try it before posting.

have you tried just flashing the rom, going through setup then going back and flashing gapps?
No worries.. Just glad to see a rom I've liked on several devices built for this device. Look forward to the future of it.

To be honest that was the first way I tried...

Looks very good but...
The ROM looks very good, is fast and customizable but i cant install gapps, FCs are present in the google account section and if i just skip that part have FCs in the Name section...
Anyone find any work arounds or anything yet?
Beanstalk was great
I installed it and it ran smoothly. Only problem I had was I was when I was downloading some more of my apps from google I had on a previous Rom. It locked up and I waited for a while so I pressed the power button to reboot . Well that is the last time it will ever boot.
DEAD and tried all the tricks and can't get it to start.. Its not Beanstalk fault that my ME301T died.. The only thing I remembered doing was in Devepment I changed and used H\W graphics decoding. Who knows.. Called Walmart extended warrenty to send it in for a claim, Hope I get my money back to buy something else. Any suggestions for my next 10" tablet that is easy to root and change Roms?????

I don't have setup wizard fc or better: I can't see it, because I only have black screen. With pulling down the statusbar, I can reach tiles and there settings.....see screenshots....and home- and left button is not working. After rebooting it lasts very very long till phone comes up again, but same mistakes or erros as before
Guys, try this : put CMAccount.apk from the attachment, in the rom's zip under /system/app and flash it. Setup should be fixed now, happened the same with CyanAOSP 2.9.0.

not work....cyanogen account fc..

actually, i guess there is no launcher included..
so i downloaded this zip extracted the apk's and placed them in system apps and flashed and i was able to get to the homescreen...
but after falshing gapps, i got setup wizard has stopped and again the black screen...
So if you only flash the ROM without cm account.apk , let it boot and the go into recovery and flash gapps, the problem persists?

I come here to present you this nice rom, "Dirty Unicorns" wich is based on Omni Rom and on Android 4.4.4
This is absolutely not my work, i just compiled it from DU sources and from @chasmodo and omni's repos/device trees.

Dirty Unicorns (DU) is a custom ROM originally based off AOKP, but now based from OmniROM. DU brings you a great mix of stability and customization. 6.0 - android_kernel_sony_apq8064
- Copy the ROM and Gapps zips to your device
- Make sure you have TWRP or CWM Selinux compatible recovery (TWRP 2.6.3.0 or newer recommended)
- Wipe everything but your external/internal storage
- Flash the Rom followed by the Gapps and reboot
- All subsequent flashes are easy: just flash the Rom zip and reboot, no wipes or Gapps needed
ART doesn't work.
CPU frequency and governor/scheduler adjustments in Settings/Performance need to be reset after each reboot.
If you lose signal bars after tapping on Settings/Dirty tweaks/Status bar color, pull down Quick Settings, toggle Airplane mode on/off and the bars will be back (the signal is OK all the time, it's just the icon)

A few things:
- OmniSwitch doesn't work as recents. And yes, I've enabled it before! SlimRecents work!
- When status bar is expanded pressing back doesn't close the status bar! Bug or feature? That's annoying.
- I miss the "long press back kills task" option. Is it somewhere?
- I always use expanded lockscreen widgets. I'm very used to "long pressing lock hande will unlock phone". That doesn't work. Very sad.
- Camera button (not the widget) doesn't work on lockscreen. Nothing happens. And there's no option to disable it.
But anyway, it's in early state and you've done a fantastic job (as you did with Carbon)! Keep up your great support!

Here's another one: I miss the option to show these tiny arrows as network speed indicators! Don't want to see too much in status bar...
love this rom!! only thing that i am truely missing is double tap to wake ...i realize its kernel related, so i'll wait patiently for that to be implemented.
had an issue with my 128gb sd card not being recognized/mounted...it was formatted as exfat. wiped it and reformatted as fat32 and it is working again!!

I see Ross is back on track with day-1 of delivering this ROM, so there is no need for two of the same ROMs.
I will see to port some other open source rom to S4 in near future.
If i see that Ross is again not delivering this rom in time i will do it again.

Well to me the goal is day-1 release...except that differences could be in bugs, for example i see that Ross version is having problem whit performance menu.

Yes, but the official maintaner of RR has some issues with his internet connection, and sometimes it takes 2, 3 or 4 days for us to have an official i9505 build

One issue I noticed already is a problem with the status bar. I can't change layout or enable/disable features even if I change stuff in additions > status bar. Would also like to add a volume slider below brightness slider like in the stock.

To edit the QS tiles you have to tap and hold the gear in the header of QS until it starts spinning but as for volume underneath brightness I don't believe that's even a feature in CM or AOSP but I'll look into it.

CM ROMs and AOSP ROMs can't use the stock camera because its not a stock rom. Since this is a CM based rom we use Snap camera from snapdragon/CM but if there's maybe a way to flash a port of it make sure to tell me cause I know how good the stock quality is

The ROM has SuperSU installed already and we've never tested how installing SuperSU on top of another version of it will affect the system. The SuperSU installed is Cm's version of it

Have you tried flashing the modem for your device? I don't know the problem otherwise since I'm running the h811 build and I'm having fine connection. Hmm actually try turning airplane mode off and on, the reason why I think this Is because theirs been a known bug on Cm ROMs for a little while now that had a data bug but just try it and see it it works.

Its all OK now just did a factory reset and removed and readded the APN settings all good thanks for the amazing rom

Awesome.. thx for the hint! That made my day. Now I just have an empty second QS Tile page, but nevermind
And according the volume request, for now I am using the QS tile Volume, due to my flip case I hardly ever use hardware buttons for volume.
One minor issue I witness was the pulse feature.. I know I can deactivate it, so I did, but I think this feature makes no sense, as long as the LG G4 has only software navigation buttons, otherwise nice gimmick.
Nevertheless I am really satisfied with your build!

The previous unofficial version of this rom was good, just needed a couple tweaks here and there.
Now, this version made the rom really bad, as many others.
1. Includes CM battery styles. Which have annoying dimension issues for different dpis.
2. Includes DUI, which does not change its icons when in split mode.
3. Still has the ugly power menu icons.
4. Still has teal color in settings.
Works good... but this isn't an AOSP rom, is just another CM based ROM...
Really disappointed to where this rom went, I hope you eventually can create a ROM that is pure AOSP and just that.

Points 3 and 4 are ok for this being a beta. Understandable.
But 1 and 2, just made this ROM bad. Honestly.
I know Kranoner does a good job, his builds work really good, but in general terms, this rom isn't good enough (for me).
I'm sure it isn't his fault, he just takes the rom source and build it for Titan, that's why I hope he eventually can build a pure aosp rom.

Where are the pure and minimalistic ROMs for nougat? That Does not implement CM battery styles? Those styles have a bug when I change display size to smaller, that is really annoying for me, and that I don't think they will be fixing.. I Seriously thinking about returning to marshmallow 6.0

This rom with the latest kernel version Evolution R4 in performance is great! The work is almost perfect, missing just a few AOSP features!

Wow great.. I'm on cm 14.1 25th build.. & as of cm is no longer.. I'll move to this rom.. Will flash this rom within this week
Nitification panel,lockscreen,task manager,home button,navbar long press action,devolepor option setup wizard tottaly not working

Then I go to system private apps setup wizard folder delete,
After delete this folder phone is now going to main home screen.
Other wise stuck in setup wizard closed screen
How to fix it
And developer option is telling me like this

I have from my friend his titan with me and he uses this rom and we have not the problem they need to make a clean install
Bluetooth isn't working....Can't establish connection with any device like headphones, laptop, and other smartphones
Other things working smoothly
Great ROM until now keep it up !

I'm facing a little bug in writing by keyboard swipe gestures :s
