Is anyone alive in this forum? My Z1c got bricked. No lights even when connected to charger. Could anyone help me?
Can we assume in the 5 hours since posting this you've read the Resource thread or one of the many "I've bricked my Phone" threads that are posted in this section alone? Charge it for an hour then try flashing a ftf.

About a week ago, I noticed my EVO was rapidly discharging its battey. In an attempt to find the culprit, I bought the SystemPanel App from the market and enabled CPU usage tracking. My phone returned to normal after a restart, so i just let the tracking keep running. Today, I again noticed my battery draining extremely fast when I got into work. I went into SystemPanel, and looked at the usage...
At whopping 42% of my CPU usage was allocated to the android "suspend" system app. It's global average for the past week was only 1.2% before this morning. Obviously, this app is doing something in the background and killing my battery. Does anyone here have any idea what may be going on?
I know that Q&A forum would have netted you a propper answer a lot faster

as you've noticed.. people are getting a little testy to Q posts being in the development forum..
What rom are you using? (assuming you are rooted) have you tried wiping and reflashing fresh?
from the information given i doubt there is a way to tell exactly why your system suspend is having this issue. If it happens after full/wipe/reflash, or if you are on a certain rom it may give us a little more to go by.
As for the guy flaming the person who posted that it was in the wrong section under your logic arent you just as bad as them for your post? and arent i just as bad for pointing out your post? The fact is if people ignore the fact that questions are posted int he wrong section then development will quickly be over run. Even as is with anyone who has been on the forum for a few days knowing that if you post a question in development you will likely be flamed and ridiculed there are still TONS of people that do it anyway. There is a big stickiy on top of the dev forum that says this isnt a questions and answer forum. so i dont feel bad if people are mean to them for not reading and ignoring forum rules. its how they learn for the future. Though i agree it does sometime get out of hand.
I'm using the official 2.2 rom from Sprint that I got OTA.

The touch screen is not responsive when charging. It becomes very inaccurate. As soon as I unplug it, all is well in the world.

The samsung power brick effs with the screen. Use a different charger. Or there is a partial fix in this thread

Snapa55 there have been too many threads with the same exact topic. Do you know what the search button is and does? If your new you probably may not. At the beginning of this thread there is a post by three mod staying rules of XDA and giving you use full tips such as learning to search for thing s so you don't start the 4th thread about the same thing that had been answered 15x

Have you read any of the many threads on optimization battery life?
Have you researched a rom that meets you needs and tried that?
Have you read on the kernels and which give best battery life?
Do you have an extended battery? Have you read any threads on those?
If not you are a person that should probably buy an iphone.
That's it? My battery keeps dying is the only thing you can say? My battery dies too. I was under the impression they didn't last forever. How long they last before they die is where a problem could be. Fail...you don't even deserve an answer.

Dude, stop making threads. Seriously. Do your own damn research and if you happen to have a specific question, start a thread at that time.
There is plenty of information on here about making your battery last longer and as the previous poster said please stop cluttering up the forums with a new thread about every question you have.
Also questions go in the Q & A forum and NOT the General Forum.
If you really have questions and cant find any info by searching or looking through the forums then post a single thread with all the questions you have in the correct forum.

Well 1st of all the little bit I know I owe it to the devs. I have learned to read and really understand the forum before posting incoherent or misleading info into the forum. I have a lil saying that i saw yesterday on the forums " FLASH IT TILL YOU BRICK IT" and that was so halarious because thats me i flash roms maybe 2 to 3 time a day and sometimes these devices lock brick and get stuck on you. remember these are strong devices but not like a computer. Just thought i shared that

hi guys i love this site but i havent found anything to help me.... so please help me...
so, i have a galaxy tab s 8.4 that i got almost 9 months ago 3 months ago i started to see that my battery was messed up and that there were green flickering lines on the screen before it shut down.... not many other people had these lines before shut down... anyway i rooted it thinking it was the battery stats but its still here, so i guess im just asking for help as to whether i need a complete new battery or if theres something can do...by the way i am running twrp recovery......
* cant stay on for more than 5 minutes before shutting down and when plugged into a wall charger it doesnt leave the charging screen
