Custom ROM or Stock ROM?
Rooted & Unlocked?
Is it ICS or JB?
I know Its a very common issue of Desire Z caz I've seen couple of threads about this problem.
Also facing the same problem but I did not found any permanent solution of!!
I've used
RUU_Vision_Gingerbread_S_hTC_Asia_TW_2.42.709.10_Radio_12.56.60.25_26.10.04.03_M_release_201045_signed
RUU_Vision_Gingerbread_S_HTC_WWE_2.42.405.3_Radio_12.56.60.25_26.10.04.03_M_release_224299_signed
this two RUU but the problem is same!!

How on earth do you expect anybody to be able to give you an accurate solution when you cant even be bothered to give any background information or things you have tried to solve??????
When asking for help you need to have some courtesy and give all relevant information so that people then dont have to guess or ask questions.
When did issue start?
What rom are you on?
Have you tried other roms?
Have you factory reset?
Have you tried other battery?
Have you tried other sdcard?
It could be one of many reasons but without you giving any info other then "my phone freezes how do I fix" type of silly post nobody can help you.
