No. On viper rom, kind off. They released a flashable zip that is flashed through recovery switches between HK and boomsound. AFAIK, that the closes you can get.

[Q] Where to find TELUS DHD Stock rom ?

Anyone knows where I can find TELUS DHD stock rom, with TELUS stock radio ? I search for it with no success.
I've got weird issue with audio and I would like to rollback the rooted rom to 100% stock (to see if this would solve the problem). I would love to keep the custom rom because it's 2x better than stock.
Thanks guys
edit : Sound issue is solve now ! I would love to download the TELUS stock rom (just in case) but its no longer an emergency

I always had audio on my DHD but after I've rooted and installed my first rom (android revolution), the audio was high-pitched with distortion (music, or in call audio, internal speaker or external).
I've install the Audio fix for ARHD rom (Inspire 4g and TELUS DHD) and the audio is back to normal !

[Q] HTC's Music Channel on GPe

Hey all...
Was just wondering if any of our talented HTC ROM developers are able to get HTC's Music Channel working on the Google Play edition ROMs. The Viper One ROM has this working without the need for HTC's music app to be running and it works great with Google Play Music. However, it didn't work on stock 1.57 (Viper One is 1.54).
Since I don't like going backwards, I hesitate to flash a custom ROM for only one feature. I've since decided to switch to the GPe version, which just updated to 4.4.3, with no plans of returning to Sense. So, if anyone knows if it's possible to get Music Channel working on GPe, please reply.
Thanks!

google play music no sound when song changes but song time is running. Anyone ever se

Is your firmware up to date?
Sound issues are usually due to outdated 1.x firmware being used with a Sense 2.x based ROM (such as ARHD 11).
Or did you apply any mods like Harmon Kardon?

When flashing the ROM, if you picked the HK option in AROMA, and don't have the proper firmware, I think some sound bugs result. Flash the ROM again without the HK mod.

No I am not. Venom ROMs/ViperOne forever. Best ROM there is for HTC devices. There's nothing wrong with 4.4.4. I can wait for 5.0. It's pretty glitchy right now anyways. Plus Venom offers an incredible amount of customization options. I'm not sure if the H/K mod works with GPe based ROMs.

About flashing CM12

If i'll flash CM12 on my htc one m8, the boomsound will not work anymore?
Or the speakers will be awful?
