[Q] Hanging, restarting often

I just recently got my new Note 2
Just 2 days have passed and im having some serious problems with this phone, it hangs often and sometimes it restarts itself.
Sometime I have to do a Hard reset (remove the battery) to solve the hanging problem.
I have tried Factory reset and installed EMMC check software from and found that my phone is
Type:-VTU00M
FR:0xf7
Android version is 4.1.1
baseband version: N7100DDALJ1
buildnumber: JR003C.N7100XXALJ3
can anyone please help me with this ...

Probably it could be a bad chip suggest you check for any new updates available or as its just 2days old dont take any chances get it replaced if this is a new unit.

camera app crash and reboot phone

Hello all,
I rooted my G4 ( h815, rooted v10b ) with this tricks : http://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/orig-development/root-tmo-vzw-intl-variants-soon-root-lg-t3164765
All was perfect, until one day, my camera sometimes didn't launch and make reboot my phone.
So I decided to update my phone to MM. ( so I unrooted the phone and update it with lg bridge )
But the probelm is still here under MM !
There is 3 sort of possibilities when I launch the camera :
- the camera work
- the camera app crash
- the phone reboot
After a reboot of the phone, the camera always work. But after sometimes it crash again and I need to reboot.
What do you think of that ?

Same here
I am having exactly the same problem.
I had not rooted my phone, it started happening after the MM upgrade.
Another upgrade came out recently and it seems to happen far less so I am convinced it is software related.
Did you have any luck with finding a solution.

I didn't have another upgrade, I'm on v20d.
The problem is still here and now it happens really often.
I'm sending it now for reparation, but I hope they will fix it and not just hard reset the phone....

LG G3 D855 Issue with Upgrading from Lollipop to Marshmallow

Hi Team,
I tried upgrading my LG G3 from Lollipop to Marshmallow using the KDZ file. I installed this using the LGFlash tool.
I successfully installed marshmallow on my LG G3 but then i noticed that videos from FB and Youtube are not playing, same goes with music on spotify(data and wifi are working). My workaround on this is to restart the phone and everything goes back to normal but for short period of time only.
I tried reinstalling the KDZ file and restore factory settings and still encountering this issue.
Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You could flash fulmics 6.6/6.7. Everything works fine on that. It's basically stock.

LG G3 restarting all the time

Hello everyone. I have the LG G3 model D855 running Android 6.0 and and phone keeps restarting all the time.
Things i've done until now:
1) replaced the battery with another G3, i still have the restart issue and the other phone that uses my battery has non.
2) did a factory reset and upgraded the android software from 5.3 to 6.0.
3) From LG PC Suite i did "Restore Upgrade Errors".
4) Using Android studio i looked at the logs from the LogCat and found nothing special. i saved logs from two different restarts and tried to see if there's anything in common but still nothing.
I have no idea what else to do and it looks like an hardware issue.
If someone has an idea it will be very appreciated.

Help, random reboots, crashing launcher and messages after modem update

Hi guys,
I have been having issues with my Australian Moto Z PLay. I have been Romming for a while now and tried to first return the phone to stock using the adb method. Which didnt work (I cant remember why, I think I finished it all and it would only boot to bootloader or recovery). Then tried updating only the modem using this method https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-z-play/how-to/update-bootloader-modem-to-flash-stock-t3818253 then I tried flashing a few ROM's
The issue now is that the phone turns itself off and on a few times a day. I have launcher crashed quite often and the battery seems to have less life in it.
In short I'm not too sure what I have done wrong. Maybe a few things. Can anyone help me get back to a point where I can install custom ROM's like before relatively safely and reliably? I have tried a few different rom's and had lots of similar issues with each.
ROM - AOSP Extended v5.8 Official
Android - 8.1.0
Baseband version - M8953_10238.63.04.83.01R
Kernel Ver - 3.18.71-OPN28.49-2-g04699f27af49
SELinux Permissive
Hardware - Moto Z Play purchase in Australia retail from Harvery Norman

"There's an internal problem with your device. Contact manufacturer for details" (appears twice, once before needing password, once after. Never needed pin code before)
