[Q] Phone is bricked, tried the tutorial - T-Mobile, Samsung Galaxy SIII

Hey guys, this is my first post so bare with me:
So a few days ago I bought a Galaxy SIII T-mobile SGH-T999 that was unlocked.
I had rooted it, modded it, and then I downloaded new bootloaders to upgrade to 10.2 CM, however it bricked. I went to the video tutorial http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2439367 and tried using the WINDOWS method. But to no avail. I am incredibly new to this, and needed some help.
To give you an idea as to what happens when I try to do the windows steps:
I get the SGH-T999 Image (Not for 4.3 debrick)
Then I get the win32diskmanager
Once I install and unzip the image and put it into my SD Card, I do as the instructions say and place the SD card in the phone (and pray) that it turns on. It does not, so I inspect the SD card. It goes from 16GB to 63MB. And I unexpectedly get just one folder titled "image", but nothing else.
Any ideas or help guys? Please and thank you!

Also, another thing.
Do I have to do the coding in linux? And if so, can't I use command prompt or something to not have to install it on my computer?

Use the linux livecd. It'll boot the Linux OS from disc, then when you take it out and reboot you be back on your Windows install. Though its been shown to work, I personally still feel the Linux method is the better method to try. Plus you can use the parted command as instructed to verify the sdcard was created correctly. Not sure right now how to tell with Windows...

Thank you for getting back to me!
Alright, I'll try that, will probably be back here in a little while to confirm. Giving my last try with the simple disk manager and boot method. If that doesn't work I'm gonna have to go with this.
Thank you again!

Hey Doc,
I installed ubuntu and ran it, got up to the code dmesg | tail and it kept telling me my SD card was unmounted properly or something. I could definitely use some help :/

I'm not sure right off hand...will have to be at my computer to try and see what's going on. Its been a looong time since I had to do it so I can't really give pointers right now. And just tbh, I may not make it back onto my computer till late tomorrow. Spent the entire day in the ER and I'm not sure yet what tomorrow will bring. If I can get to this sooner though, I will.
@KAsp3rd
Do you have any ideas that might help here?

I hope everything goes well! Thank you for at least getting back to me

Also, another thing, let me detail what my steps have been. I've possibly been doing it completely wrong.
For the Windows steps:
1. Installed Windows disk writer from post and debricked img onto desktop. (not 4.3)
2. Placed my 16GB SD card in the adapter and into the slot.
3. Write the img into the sd card.
4. Once finished, take it out the SD card from the adapter.
5. Take battery off of phone, as well as SIM card.
6. Inset SD card into phone, then insert battery and press the power button.
7. Nothing happens.
For the windows case, when I look to see what was written into the SD Card, it goes from 16GB to 63MB.
In the Linux terminal option:
1. Run ubuntu once
2. Install appropriate image
3. Run terminal and type sudo su
4. Insert SD card
5. Type dmesg | tail
6. Errors me to check disk (possibly damaged)
I just bought the SD card so I don't even ><

Try formatting the card using the utility from http://sdcard.off
You could also try formatting it using another android device. Is it a generlic or lesser known brand.

Haha you're fine! No worries lol. I'll try it once Im off of work, thank you again truly!

:crying::crying::crying:
Tried the format, then I went to load it via windows, and nothing. Nothing at all. It saved the file "image' on the SD card but it does not do anything when I put it in the Cell phone.

Nevermind! SD Card is reading properly on ubuntu! Now I have another issue to deal with:
I wrote the sudo su code and dmesg | tail codes no problem. However when I get into the ls -lah debrick/ portion, it tells me that the file doesnt exist there. So I went back to the OP from 2013 and wrote the "if=/....of=/..." code with the proper location of the file and nothing. Any tips?

Alright, so I finally got ubuntu to run the codes and it wrote the 23 partitions on it.
However, when I go to turn it on, nothing. I go back to check what has been written on the sd card and its 63MB...again.
Do I need to use a USB-to-SD Card adapter or the adapter that came with my card? This is day 4 of no phone lol.

You may need to run through the whole process several tined before it finally works. This happened to a number of people, including me. Also if you have other sdcards available, try them as well. Some simply just won't work. I'm not aware of any good way to tell which ones will or won't work without trying them though. Usually, genuine brand, 16gb+, class 6 or better has the best chance. But I have seen generic class 4 cards work where others wouldn't.
One more thing, I suggest continuing this in the debrick thread. More people who are familiar with it will have a better chance at seeing it. Plus I feel its best to keep as much related info in one thread when possible. If we find a solution, it will be much easier for others to find it in the future if its posted in the thread they start with.

Yeah that was my original intent however the boards won't let you post into that section until the user made 10 posts. I'll let them know. Thank you again, sir. Honestly without you I would have been in step 1.

I know. That's why I didn't suggest it till now. I'll still try to help there, but hopefully the op, KAsp3rd will have some thoughts to share. He's much more familiar with Linux than I am. He just isnt as active here as he used to be. Anyway, my best advice right now is don't give up! I know it can be frustrating, and there's still no guarantee it'll work, but if it does, you'll be glad you tried over and over and over!

Bricked? Please help.

I attempted to flash my Sprint Galaxy S2 with Cyanogenmod9. I unfortunately didn't see that the Galaxy S2 on the CM website is NOT the sprint GS2.
It got as far as the modem in odin before it stopped and just hung there. I left it for 45 minutes. It never continued. So I had to unplug my phone.
Now my phone thinks it's a GT-i9100.
I can still get into download mode but Odin doesn't see my phone anymore.
I can get into CWM. I can't get it to mount internal storage
Please tell me there is something I can do. I know I'm a moron for flashing wrong phones rom.
I dont have a solution. But it seems that pjkingphd was stuck in a similar situation where the PC wouldn't recognize the phone in download mode. I'd ask him for some advice. Good luck!

Thanks for the response, but it appears I'm hosed. ClockworkMod doesn't appear to see my sdcard. When I attempt 'advanced' recovery, it says
Code:
could not find directy
no files available
and adb doesn't see my phone. I completely removed Keis and all drivers hoping that it would reinstall drivers when I plugged the phone in. No such luck.
Code:
adb devices
lists nothing.
I can't believe I fried my phone in less than a day of owning it. I've been swapping roms for years. This is such a stupid mistake. Sadly, no where on the main CyanogenMod site did I see it specify anything about GS2 variants. Still, I should have read more before I just started throwing Odin around like there wasn't any risk.
I saw mention somewhere of Samsung repair center being able to repair this. Does anyone know how much that would cost out of warranty?
You try a different card? It won't boot to system at all right? Try a different cable? When you tried adb how long did you wait to try and connect? It can take a few minutes for adb to pick up the phone.

I unfortunately do not have a different card anymore. I tried multiple cables, but the main one I was using is the one I've used to flash my Epic4G for a while now, so it always works. But yes, I used 4 cables with no luck. It won't boot into system. I may have been impatient with adb, so after you posted this I went back and waited longer. Tried to reboot and make sure nothing else was running. adb will see my epic4g with no trouble, but won't see the touch at all.
Damn. That sucks. Not much we can do if you can't access the sdcard, adb or Odin. Can you mount the internal usb from cwm and see it in the computer?

Okay, another question then. There's a repair store in my area with jtag equipment and professionals to use them that say they are confident they can restore the phone. The thing is, if they are successful it'll cost anywhere between $99-170, and if they fail, it will cost about $106.
Or, I can just buy a used E4gT off of Swappa for $200.
Any of you that have experience with phone repair and jtag equipment recommend a direction to go in?

[GUIDE]Unbrick a Hard Bricked SPRINT Galaxy S3 (Without JTAG)

OP EDIT: AS MANY OF YOU HAVE NOTICED, I HAVE MOVED ON TO A NEW DEVICE SINCE I POSTED THIS GUIDE. I CAN NO LONGER PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR SPRINT GS3 AS (1)I DO NOT HAVE THE DEVICE ANY LONGER AND (2)I HAVEN'T KEPT UP WITH DEVELOPMENT AND STOCK ROM RELEASES FOR THE GS3. SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENIENCE. THIS GUIDE CAN STILL BE OF HELP TO PEOPLE AS THE PROCESS HAS BEEN DRASTICALLY IMPROVED (LAST I SAW, YOU DIDN'T NEED A DUAL BOOT). PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SEARCH THIS THREAD FIRST BEFORE SENDING ME A PM ASKING FOR HELP. THANK YOU!
Okay. So I hard bricked (yes, I know a noob mistake... we all slip up some times ) my S3 by flashing an Illusion ROM for the i9300. My device was totally unresponsive. No boot screen, no dl mode, no recovery... nothing. This is a total unbrick for those of you who have done the same as I did. There is already a thread on this by gTan64 but it seemed a little vague and it took me awhile to figure it out. So here is my version.
DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT GUARANTEE THIS TO WORK. DO NOT COME TO ME IF YOUR PHONE EXPLODES OR SOME HOW GOES INTO A WORSE STATE THAN A HARD BRICK (If that's even possible)

What you will need:
A 16GB SD (preferably a Class 10)
A hard bricked S3
A USB cord
A Linux/Windows dual boot computer (Or go use a Linux Live CD)
Stock tar for ODIN
This was all done on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and you will need to be familiar with Terminal and its processes.
You will need this file (thanks to billard412 for pointing this out to me and gTan64 for the DL link ) [gTan64's thread ]
http://www.mediafire.com/download/231uhy6l80jx74n/debrick_sph_l710.img.xz
Okay. Let's Begin.
Assuming that you are already on a Linux machine, here's what you need to do.
1. Make sure you have no external USB/HDDs attached to your machine. Insert your SD card to a reader. You will need to identify the letter of the SD card. You can do that by opening up Terminal and enter the following
>>>Sudo su
(Enter your password here)
>>>dmesg | tail
Click to collapse
You only need to use the part that says "sd[your card letter]". That is the your SD card's letter. DO NOT USE THE ONE THAT HAS THE NUMBER. For example: sdc1 <<< That is a partition of the SD card, not the actual root of the SD card itself. If you use the wrong letter, YOU COULD WIPE YOUR HARD DRIVE.
Or go use GParted (Just look for it in the Applications drawer in Ubuntu) for an easier method.
2. Unzip the s3 unbrick file on to your desktop. Now go back to the Terminal. You should still have root privileges so there is no need to enter "Sudo Su" again. Enter the following.
WARNING: THIS WILL ERASE THE ENTIRE SD CARD.
>>>dd if=[drag the unzipped unbrick img onto the terminal] of=/dev/sd[your card letter]
Click to collapse
This should write the img file to the SD.
3. After it's done writing the img, take out your SD card and put it into your phone. With the battery in the phone, insert the SD card, plug the phone into your machine, and try to boot to DL mode via the usual method. This WILL take several tries and possibly rewriting the img file to SD card again to work.
4. If you were lucky enough to boot to DL mode, boot back to Windows and then I suggest you go and download a stock MD4 (as of 18July2013) tar file and ODIN yourself back to stock and go on from there. Btw, if you don't ODIN back to stock, your phone WILL STILL BE BRICKED. This is because the phone is using the SD card to boot to DL mode.
I suggest that you keep that SD card as your "OH SH*T, I HBRICKED" rescue card.
If you were successful, don't forget to hit up that thanks button and buy me a cheap coffee!

Question
Question OP, when you bricked, did phone respond at all?
Only output I get is when I plug phone in to charger without battery. Red LED
Other then that, no response. No buttons respond at all.
I created SD as stated. Verified image created on SD. Inserted SD into phone, installed battery.
I get no response when trying to power on, enter DL mode.
Any other info would be greatly appreciated.

SGH-i747M - Failed flash wont turn on

Hey guys,
I messed up.. I flashed a modem for the updated version of S3RX, not my current version (4.2.1) and that resulted in a pretty hardcore brick. The only response its giving is the red light with the charger plugged in and battery removed, as well as the QHUSB_DL message on the computer when connected.
I tried imaging a debrick image onto a SD card, and doing that but it didn't work but I'll outline what I did anyway just encase I'm doing it wrong.
1. Using Patriot LX 32gb MicroSDHC card
2. Imaged a debrick file another user provided from their phone (4.2.1) using win32imager
3. Put the SD card in, no battery, power cord removed
4. Put battery in
5. Did button combination for download mode
6. Phone didn't respond
So is there anything else I can try or do I need to get someone to jtag it for me :/

Can you try it with a 16GB card? Ive had some people report failure(except one) with cards larger than 16GB and thus far everyone who has tried it with a 16GB have been succesful. (that I am aware of or atleast the ones who didnt flash a bootloader from a different device model)
Also I was told by -Mr. X- who is where I learned of this process that sometimes you may have to flash the IMG file on the sd card several times and try to access download mode several times before you obtain success.

I have a 32gb one, I'd have to buy a 16gb but I'm more than willing to do that
So when you say flash the IMG file on the sd card several times, do you literally mean do it once, twice, ect.. all in a row?? Because I've only been doing that once each time. I have tried the second part of what you were saying though, I did try many accessing download mode at least seven times

edit: No luck with doing that :/ What's the chances a 16gb would work instead do you think? Also, would partitioning it work?

Is it possible you flashed the 4.3 bootloader? Perhaps something in the modem file is preventing the phone from debrick in with the older file? Here is a debrick for the SGH - I747M from 4.3 courtesy of - Mr. X- I mirrored it with permission. https://www.dropbox.com/s/4n2b6l32iv9udow/debrick-SGH-I747M-UEMK5.img perhaps it might do what you need it to? Although I shall not be responsible if you actually need a Jtag after that when it could possibly have been recovered with the debrick files?

I suppose it is possible that you have a bad debrick file? Bad downloads happen all the time.

Okay, so I was in disk management to format the SD card so I could start fresh and the imagine file you linked, but I noticed like 14 partitions on it (That werent there before I should add).. I deleted them and went back to formatting, but left me with 29.26gb unallocated that I couldn't reformat.. I've only got 60mb on it now, and that's not even enough for the image
Any ideas what's going on?

GET a copy of mini partition wizard from here http://www.partitionwizard.com/free-partition-manager.html Delete all the partitions on it then try to flash the .IMG file again.
when you get ready to use it in the phone again delete all partitions the phone will recognize it as unformatted and prompt you to format it.
when you write The .IMG file it formats and partitions the card to mirror the phones internal sd card.
Same boat
Hey guys! This seems like quite a coincidence to me, but last night I was flashing a new ROM and now my phone is doing the exact same thing as YUMZ. So, I just wanted to say thanks (YUMZ for getting this thread started and theramsey3 for providing the help). I really hope you get this figured out. I was pretty sure after hours of trying to fix it last night that I'd need a new phone.
YUMZ, have you tried using odin3? In v1.83 (only v1.83) I get a yellow com signal from the phone, but when trying to use it, it always hangs at SetupConnection. I don't know if this helps any.

I don't know if it's a good or a bad thing others are in the same boat as me But if this thread helps more people than me, and you than that's awesome.
I haven't tried doing that, I'll also do that tonight and post back if it does the same thing. Maybe if it does that'll have some significance that it can be fixed? Not sure
edit: I plugged it in with v1.83 open and it didn't recognize it. No yellow signal or anything

How to Unbrick a Hard Brcicked T-Mobile Note 3 SM-N900T

This is how I un-hard bricked a T-Mobile Note 3 SM-N900T
Part 1: What you need
A SD Card that is the Same Size as your Phone's internal memory. Mine was 32GB and I used it.
The unbrick image which can be found here: mega.co.nz/#!wxZh3CwR!UU1OBBAHACKHEO0eMK4crHBjKXUKJ7y8-vqjkQGzsMY
A program to put the image on a SD Card which is here for windows users: sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager
The Stock ROM. I got mine here. samsung-updates.com/device/?id=SM-N900T
ODIN 3.04 (this is what I used): mega.co.nz/#!xw4FHBzD!Zw9EMltI0g5AZYspg8aM6hFSXJFiiwCRORMqxoandW8
Part 2: Prep
Get the battery charged to 100%.
Find a PC and plug the powercord (microUSB Cord) directly into the motherboard. NOT ANY OTHER PORT.
Format the SD Card to ExFAT you need from Part 1.1.
Using the #3 Program from Part 1.3, burn the image to the SD Card. Its simple.
Part 3: Turn it on
Put the battery into the phone.
Plug the charging cord into the phone.
Put the phone into download mode by holding: <Volume Down> + <Home Button> + <Power>
Once you are in download mode press <Volume Up> to enter download mode. Now go to part 4
Part 4: Putting the ROM back on
Don't Deviate from anything here or do extras.
Open Odin from Part 1.5.
Press PDA and Select your STOCK ROM from Part 1.4
Wait a min for Odin to analyze the file.
Hit Start on Odin.
Part 5: How about someone get a MOD to fix the links in Part 1
How about someone get a MOD to fix the links in Part 1 as I was unable to link Properly. I am not going to do it because it pissed me off. :silly:
Notes:
Turn it on was just basic as can be, It just popped right on. Per the USB Ports I did use a USB-3 Ports on the back of my machine. I am not sure if that would make a difference or not.
Credits:
Credits are due, but I need to research who to credit again... It is Christmas Eve, and I am going drinking. I will do this on Monday when I get back to work.
So are these the instructions on the other thread I'd say is the original M

Thanks! Whats with the grey letterboxing? Thats probably killing your link. Glad the info on the thread helped you unbrick your device! Because when you pmed me asking me how to do it, I had no idea you already knew Until and if it is fixed, copy/paste works fine.

system did it automatically. I have no clue why. I do like how it boxed out the parts.
and it is the why you do it from the other thread... I was asked to put links to what I used and how I did it. Nothing pisses me off more than having to dig through a thread looking for the solution. I just put it on top of a new thread. This way people don't have to dig. It does make sense if you think about it.
Imagine how much digging I had to do about two months ago when it seemed like I was the only person in this forum asking about it. Reading the pages in the thread I created answers alot of questions, and has detailed information that could prevent future mistakes that could result in such. Also at the same time actually learning something about the way file system repair and recovery on android can work.
It's all in the way you look at it. I'd open a bag of chips, crack open a beer, and read the whole thing - especially if I could learn new things - no matter how experienced I am.

These are the steps zinnium took in order to get his to work, but the other thread is the original.
The other thread was pieced together from over a month of research and trial/error. We tried several methods, dug up some secret Samsung documents (credit given to those provided), and then came up with the OP solution by finally piecing some things from the sgs3, sm-n900a, and help from some experienced devs.
The important thing is though, that the method works.
Anyway, @OP, the image I have on media fire seems to download better. Take that link from the other thread and post here. MEGA sucks donkey balls IMO. There servers are slow, and always makes you wait forever.
ive never heard of anyone needing to connect the device before it would sdboot, so the following steps arent needed:
Find a PC and plug the powercord (microUSB Cord) directly into the motherboard. NOT ANY OTHER PORT.
Format the SD Card to ExFAT you need from Part 1.1.

HOLY S#!T, That's LEGIT!
A-effin'-MAZING!! I CAN'T THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH!
I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT WORKED!
I couldn't resist recording my first attempt. BOY I WAS SURPRISED!!
*For The Record; Shabby is correct, you don't have to be plugged into any external power source, for this to work...
**ALSO!; The Stock ROM may not always be needed, depending on the individual and their case's circumstances...
I've had ppl tell me that no matter what, they try turning on their phone(SGN2/SGN3/SGS4) and it automatically goes into download mode(without showing the warning screen)... So since it wouldn't boot system OR Recovery, I'd try Button-Combo into ODIN-mode, and press Volume-down at the warning screen, and system would boot!
I Had a hunch that might work in this case, and it DID! lol.
Now I'm just trying to put the unbrick.img onto the sdcard I wrote it to... I can't seem to get MTP up, through USB, though ADB works fine...
**EDIT: I forgot, that before I Bricked it, I had the USB settings to DM+MODEM+ADB, cause I WAS unlocking it...
(until a slip of a click and I wrote a backup of the NVdata to the EFS... =/ )
But, after I put the sdcard into my laptop, realized there's not nearly enough room to copy the .img to it...
***SO.... How am I supposed to be able to "dd if=/sdcard/unbrick.img of=/dev/mmcblk0 bs=1024 count=168960"?
I can't put the .img on the sd? Do I put it on the internal? or do I put it on another sdcard and put it in??

Yes, I'm quite sure. Read back through the original thread, you'll see my description of it.
**Oh, you know what? While I wait for a successful download of complete stock rom, I'm gonna plug back into the box, and see if maybe rewriting the original backup of the EFS will fix it... (It was originally a mis-click that bricked it to begin with.. Accidentally wrote a backup of the NVdata to the EFS 0_o)
Worst case scenario; I end up still waiting for the download anyway! (if I can ever get it to start dl'ing)

@msmercy42, i really did think you had completed it back on the original thread. It was so goofy when it kicked on right before I read you email that you never got it to work. I was like, what?????
That download sucks right now from Samsung updates. With Hotfiles gone, we are all going to have to get use to slow ass downloads. Mine took like 10 hours and I even paid for one of the services.... TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT.
I still don't get how you thought that as I never once posted that I managed to unbrick mine. In fact mine technically is still bricked as I do not have the proper size sd card at the moment.
I never even implied it

Also a proper dd command in terminal will write the image to the phone, therefore negating the necessity of Odin. However that is entirely by choice. In my opinion, unless you are very comfortable using powerful Linux commands that could damage your phone, thus rendering it unusable - then Odin is a better choice as it is a powerful software flashing tool that can allow you to control multiple functions in a single operation.
I'll throw a N900T Odin tarball I have stashed away onto my mediafire account. It should deliver decent speeds and it won't get shut down for excessive traffic (COUGHDROPBOXCOUGH). Just gotta drag my ass into work today to do it.

My phone is bricked?

Hello every one! so yesterday while doing nothing but leaving my phone on a markipilers youtube video, I see my screen go off I try to turn it back on and nothing happens. I tried power cycling and its still off, just not responding to anything, no sound no light no nothing. I tried then going to recovery mode but well... nothing happened. The only thing that actually makes any responses is when I connect it using a USB to my laptop, my laptop beeps, its not suposed to beep it is broken so is it bricked?
My device is a rooted Samsung galaxy s4 mini i19192 or so I hope it is.
I really hope that this is the right place to be redirected to assistant if not then Iam really sorry, thank you so much every one and have a fantastic day!
Edit: I forgot to mention two things.
1st: It does not seem to charge the battary, I kniw this because I have another identical one though the battary works fine in the working one
2nd: My PC reads it as (something?)_dload, Sadly I do not have acess to a computer just yet. Thanks again
Any help.. please?

probably QHSUSB_DLOAD, which is a hard brick, you might be able to fix with a debrick image
Sent from my Galaxy S4 Mini using XDA Labs
its in fact qshusb_dload but iam still a bit clueless on the reason or which method to solve. I read its because the cpu is trying to boot from the sd card and has something to do with something called emmac that is terrible in the s4 so I read three methods to solve
1- Just your method
2- Cooling the emmc?
and three, this

so Iam a bit distracted on what to even do or how to do it, any help would be apriciated plus any further notices about how to even avoid the problem

Yes, the eMMC is prone to fail/corruption on our phones, at least I think. The eMMC is the internal SD memory. Hopefully yours is just corrupt.
The cooling trick is probably only good if there is a bad soldier joint on the chip and will probably only work a few minutes as the board will heat up once turned on
I would try the debrick file as that's probably the easiest. See also Valenti's post on other Samsung device, as better write up on one (Samsung Mega maybe?) as well as by the others who originally come up with the debrick idea to get a better idea of what to do.
I guess (without researching) the method in your link is the same principle as the debrick file but may work even if debrick doesn't work as not dependant on having a matching file from phone with same bootloader (???? I don't know as haven't looked into that method)
Also you can send phone away for jtag if nothing else works

From what I understand, You flash the debrick file to the sd card using this 32 bit sd flasher thing and then it just works because the booting files are on the sd card but it will not boot without it. So how can you fix the corrupted boot loader AND how can I restore my sd card back to normal, I have seen a video for it but he is using ubuntu and command lines and stuff.

The original post by @ValenteL was a file to generate a debrick image, but you need a working phone to use that.
People with phones that are already bricked have to get a debrick file from someone else. This debrick image must be put onto an 16Gig (some report success with 32gig) SD card that is formatted (so you will lose everything else on it) and then the phone will boot with it instead of internal mmc to get your phone going (you have to keep the SD in) so you can then recover data and also hopefully flash a new rom later so you don't need to always boot from SD.

Yes, that was what I understood already but thank you anyway! My question was How? on both creating the debrick file and restoring both sd card (too make it work as a readable card rather than a booting device if it does not already) and fix the phones internal memory without actually reseting the whole phone and if there are no way else to fix internal memory... to back up the whole thing.
thank you!

Did you try the two debrick images in my post dated the 22nd March in the thread I posted above?
Actually I also pulled one from my phone after I read you can generate one from Cyanogenmod phones that will also work, I will post that on the above thread also a bit later.

My last two posts are the most important now, if you or any one else can answer that would be fantastic!
some notes: after searching the thing does not mention emmc nor odin at all like for some others with the same issue... just this plain text.
I had upgraded my android version to 4.4.2 not 4.2.2 so I assume that is important, thanks again and please answer as soon as you can as that would be great! thank you for every thing @IronRoo

I think the important thing is the bootloader (& pit must be the same) that if I recall was updated from the version you mention to ver 2. So you need a debrick with the ver 2 bootloader. (but I am not 100% sure about this, only read some stuff last year) My phone BL is ver 1
a guy on the below Mega thread with an I9195 did get a stop further by repeating multiple times
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2600976&page=4
But still didn't fix phone fully
read next few pages, one guy used freeze fix white partial success, might be useful if you want to get data off phone.
Also another link that may offer help
but probably your emmc is bad, is my guess
gotta go now, work calls

Thats great! good luck at your work, when you are back though I need to tell you this
I have another device of the exact same model that is kikkat not rooted (kitkat will have bootloader version 2 right?) if only I knew how to get the file out and then do all the stuff again, ill keep searching since you are at work now, will keep you updated. please help about it though if you can*
so if someone say for example has android 5 on an s4 mini, he will never get his phone back to work unless some one made a debrick file for it? if the previous statments were true?
My questions are:
Extract that file from the other phone, if I managed to answer it ill tell you.
To get my SD card back to work and fix my emmc
Iam not giving up on my emmc yet though, iam sure there is a way to solve it, if not then how to fix that failed emmc?
thanks again!
