I have rooted, and I have xposed installed.
What is the upgrade procedure? Do I need to go so far as to remove root? Any advice appreciated.
Thanks!

Got this just now...but don't wanna lose root. The notification is annoying as hell. I would flash and update if it won't bork everything but I'd settle for just getting rid of the notification. Anybody know how to get rid of it??

When I long press, I see "App Info" and when I press it, it shows Google Play Services.
When it is disabled, does the update go away, or is it still on my G3 waiting to be installed?
Anyone know how this happened? I'm rooted, with custom everything, and I have OTA updates disabled!
I'm doing a TWERP backup anyway.

Hey guys. I have a quick question, hopefully somebody can help me out. I tried to de-bloat my Galaxy Note 2 (T-mobile) thanks to this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2507931
After I used the script and my phone reseted, I got a message saying "Updating apps" or something like that, and it seemed to update about 150 apps. The point of the scripts on that thread are so all the bloatware that the phone brings can be eliminated, but after the update completes I still got all the bloatware there. Can anybody help me out with this please?

Debloater will remove the apps from /system. The problem is, if the apps were updated from the market, they will still reside in /data/app. You will also have to delete them from there.
I haven't seen a clear answer on this, so does anybody know what root methods still work after the new update? If they all still do, is there anything I should do differently in the rooting process?
You have to wait till one of the methods gets an upgrade
BAD ASS G3
Well seeing as how the d851 boot loader is shipping unlocked from T-Mobile I think it would be pretty safe to say that once you manage to properly install the 10m OTA, you would simply flash TWRP from purpledrake in fastboot and from there flash supersu.

Purpledrake probably replaced the M boot.img with the C boot.img. If it did that means your back on the C kernel and if it didn't you no longer have the modded disabled root checker.

Hello everyone,
after flashed Android N, I've tested twrp 3.0.0 and supersu 2.68. If you change the vendor, putting one of MMB29V version, it will be the decrypting data, but when it flash a supersu, the installation is successful, but when you restart the phone, the system is not rootato. How I can fix this issue? Thanks a lot

Twrp is gone please tell how to install it again
Same issue here...I dont think it is possible, easily anyway. If you notice after it boots back into TWRP your internal storage is displayed as empty. All storage is. It says the installation is succeessful, but I think after it pushed the root files to ypur phone and rebooted to flash them, it could not as the files were no longer there......I don't know though.....Good luck!!

Regarding Root I have used phh's modified boot image from somewhere in XDA the link of which I forgot and fastboot flashed. With that I have installed phh superuser from Google play store and root works. However, some apps doesn't approve the SuperSU and busybox doesn't get installed. Meantime, there are multiple boot images for rooting N. If interested you can try the images one by one and post your results here

I would say you're safe to flash a us firmware but only flash the 10 sparsechunks, recovery , boot img and OEM IMG if you flash and modem file or any other file you'll end up losing your IMEI.
But you're always taking a chance.
