AW: Porting Neo L ROM's to our PLAY's
You can install neo l roms right out of the box
The only difference between the Xperia Play is the gamepad and the camera is inverted. So i guess you'd have to change some camera libraries and theres also a touchpad fix thread in the xperia play development section
There are some Porting guides for noobs on xda, they're pretty easy
i was searching around to port something on my Xperia ZL and i found this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2518570
i works well on my Xperia ZL and my LG Optimus G Pro F240L (running v5 ROM) this launcher is smoother than the stock launcher that came with the device. Credit goes to the guy who found this on a vietnamese forum and to the original guy who made this port.
(v5 rom users, Google search widget is working with this launcher.)
how to install?
download it (just copy and paste the link its unclickable) -google drive link-
put it to your sd or internal sd
flash using recovery
btw, make sure to make a backup first just to be safe.
enjoy!
hit thanks if u find this useful.

These are the Media apps from the Xperia Z3, they have been tested on 4.4.4 by Me and may work on 4.3 (not tested).
Tested on Stock Rom should also work on CM11.
