This clock widget is not available for Touchwiz 3. This will work on Touchwiz 4 only..
So not available for ACE...

Media Utilities on 4.4.1`

I'm using MU on OmniROM 4.4.1 and the widgets no longer update. (Apex Launcher and default Launcher)
The controls work, but the Widgets never update. I put the Play widget on so you could see that what was playing is different that what is displayed..
