Screen not respond - Galaxy Tab S Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

While I am very happy with my new 10.5 s 4g there are a few bugs.
Sometimes my tablet not respond anymore for a minute or more.
And sometimes internetexplorer open very slow while I have a very strong wifi signal.
Speedtest 95 mbits/s.
Any solution?

Connecting to WIFI

Anybody knows how to let the WP7 phone connect to a non-broadcasting SSID WIFI?
It is easy in WebOS, Android, Iphone but I cannot do it in WP7?
Thanks
Don't think anyone in this forum actually have a device yet...
But i wonder if there will be a quick way to activate wifi/bluetooth, without having to go to the phone settings every time
Well, pretty hard to tell from the just emulator you know...

Most important than a quick switch, I think that is how fast it reconnects to your wifi when you wake up your phone.
Anyone at Mango noticed that sometimes it's almost instant, and sometimes it takes about 5 seconds to connect?

I've been on mango for a few days and it has always been instant for me. Are you connected to a hidden wifi?

[Q] Browser problem! Please Help!

My Desire has stopped working with the regular browser. I am on ATT and before the update it was working fine. Now, whenever I try to browse, it says "Access to this URL has been blocked." Funny thing is, all the applications work on the Edge and the browser works fine on WiFi.
Opera Mini also works on Edge. I dont know what to do. I want to use Flash 10.1
Called ATT and they were of NO help. Please Help!

I know...that's what I was wondering...however, opera also uses proxy...so idk...thanks for your response tho =) but i'm stil very ='(
I am no expert but usually u can try to clean all cache and history stocked on your browser.
And I would recommend you to use dolphin browser HD (free on market) because stock browser has become much slower after the 2.2 update.
But I think the problem lies within the connection settings.

[Q] Android market not working in Italy

So I brought my A100 to Italy and android market does not work. My email app doesnt work. All it keeps saying no connection. I've restarted it several times and every time it will say i have an update. But when i try to update it will give me no connection again. I've tried updating the market by downloading it somewhere else and even resetting it to factory. Stil nothing... Also its not rooted.
Has anyone had this happen to them traveling abroad?
Have you tried checking to see if you actually have internet access? Sounds like your either not connected to the internet or your internet connection is being heavily limited by a firewall.

Have you tried another network? Public/open?
If so, you may try this https://market.android.com/details?...51bGwsMSwyLDEsIm9yZy53YWh0b2Qud2lmaWZpeGVyIl0.

well cant really access the market to download that. Also tried connecting with another wifi spot and nothing.
Just to clarify wifi is working just fine. i can connect to the internet and browse normally. Just wont allow me to access the market and my email for some weird reason.
Ok so i found out what the problem was. Market auto updated to a bad version. Only way to fix it at the moment is a factory reset... good bye pre-loaded gamestop games

[Q] Automatically Logging In To Wi-Fi?

Hey guys,
I have a quick question. I'm looking for a way to automatically "log-in" to a specific Wi-Fi network. Now, the "log-in" is in quotes because all I have to do is launch a browser window and have it load. But, until I do that, the Wi-Fi is unavailable for me to use and creates some errors when getting MMS.
If you need any more information, let me know.
Thanks,
Hasseo
Probably will not work as different wifi networks use different methods and it is illegal to not accept terms on connect.

Normal wifi encryptions methods do allow you to connect automatically but the having to log in via browser there is no easy way to do that but it shouldn't effect mms at all

I don't even have to accept the terms.
The thing is that it's resident hall Wi-Fi and basically in order to get internet, you have to open up a web browser and just go to some random page and it redirects you to the housing website. After that you get internet access. I'm looking for something that could query like google.com in the background and get redirected to the housing site so I can get internet.
... I'm guessing that's not illegal... XD

That would drain your battery soooo fast cuz you would have to keep that browser window open and the data always connected. They set that wifi up like that so you can mainly only use it for on demand web browsing sorry bro no way around it.

[Q] Odd issue with phone showing poor quality images when connected to sprint LTE?..

So hopefully someone has an idea because this is driving me crazy. It seems like something is detecting the sprint LTE and does not recognize it as a high speed connection and sets something as a lower speed and telling the phone to download lower resolution images.
I have seen this on a few roms now so I dont think its a rom problem but I'm currently on M.O.A.R 4.0 but have seen the issue on hyperdrive also. My Area (WA state pugent sound area) has recently have been upgraded to sprint lte in this area but its still not %100. When using LTE the speed is great but for some reason anytime i use Tumblr on LTE it will download VERY VERY low resolution copies. If I click the link in tumblr and open it in browser I get the same low resolution picture even if I click download or reload the browser....? I have noticed this happening in another app "short blogger" does the same thing. So here is another bit of info. If I use my vpn program that I normally use for when i have to connect to a open wifi (vpn1click).
So LTE+ tumblr= crap pictures
LTE+VPN gets full quality pictures.
3g gets full quality pictures %100 no matter how slow sprint is that day just wifi= perfect %100 fine
if anyone has any idea's how to prevent or fix this please let me know. Am I the only sprint user having this issue? Is it maybe something with the LTE towers in this area of WA? I thought this may be related to power saving settings on the s3 as I knew some of them did things with pictures but I shut all of those off and the problem still happens.

I use LTE about 90% of the time an do not have that issue. Could be as you say just that the upgrades are being done or your getting slower than normal speeds. Are you using the stock browser or something else. I use Chrome or Dolphin browser and do not experience that. I do remember that sometimes the stock browser did do that.

Only thing is our LTE is WAY faster than our 3g so I think its a misdetection of the connection type someplace. I use chrome and firefox and both will do it. As well as both the tumblr app and the shortblogger app. I just did another test. I put my phone on 4g went into tumblr pictures look like crap. I then copy the URL and try opening in other programs it will look the same. I then turned on my wifi and reload the same webpage and now it looks great.
Also if I use a VPN with LTE the problem disappears. Could it be sprints proxy or something on LTE?
