My app won't work ....all ready download the apk and reinstall but nothing

In the latest cm-10 semi nightlies...the gapps is not working...when i flashed the gapps.zip..there is no problem..while i boot,the android applications got optimized..but after that no google apps got installed...i also tried to install the play store manually..the .apk files installs without problem but when i opened it,it got fc...does anyone have solution for this???

As far as I know the latest CM10 Build is based on Android 4.2, not 4.1 so from what I remember seeing in the thread, you need a different gapps package to the one you would normally have used. Which gapps package that is though I don't know.

Copy the playstore apk to root/system/app folder and give it rw-r-r permission...
Then reboot... then try playstore shud work fine...

I flashed my rom from CM10.1 nightly to LiquidSmooth 2.7 Official today I've noticed some issues with it. First being the USB Mass Storage device doesn't seem to work. The second issue seems to be I am unable to install apps from it's APK. Installing through the play store works.
I'm not getting any error messages. When I use the file manager or app installer to locate the APK. it sees it. But when I try to press the install button. Nothing happens. I can Cancel the installation, but I want to install the program.
Edit: I figured out the APK issue. The HALO widget thing or whatever its called somehow disabled the install button

Same issues here. When installing from APK's, install button shows but unable to press it for install to take place.

Cant post in ROM specific thread yet so hope this is where i can put this.
I am trying to uninstall Chrome from my tablet as it crashes as soon as I open it. I'm running the X-Note Rom which is awesome and I love it. I just need to uninstall chrome and re install it to get it working as it should.
I open settings go to app manager and select chrome from there but there is no option to uninstall, only clear Data, Cache etc.
On Play app store too there is no option to uninstall.
Can anyone help me out please.

You need to root the tablet and delete the chrome apks from system/apps

Hey guys, just looking for some advice. Currently I am rooted on my LG G3. Im new to rooting and xposed and Android for that matter but managed to figure out the root and flashing roms and stuff. So when i download Xposed, then boot into recover and install the Arm 21 file, it installs fine but then i try and use my camera and it just has a black screen. Also the messenger apps dont work either. I am just wondering why this is happening when everything else is working just fine. I have tried downloading 3rd party camera and messaging apps and still the same thing happens. Any advice would be awesome! thanks.
P.s. I have unrooted and then re rooted and tried it all again and the same thing happens. So i removed Xposed and Arm21 file and then flashed CLOUDY and the camera and msg apps work again. I have not tried installing Xposed installer and the ARM21 file while having CLOUDY installed. Just dont want to ruin the camera from working .
