Anyone try loading a 4.4 ROM from the att gs3?

What are you trying to use? The 4.4.2 tw roms have all been properly ported.
Just flasing one will usually work, but can have issues, usually related to the network.

Partly. Depends on the ROM.

There are several ATT ports under Android Development thread... All work fine for me on my T999L. I have had to edit APN/build.prop in a couple of them, but they all worked easily enough.

Okay so go get one. They work fine.
But to say there is no support for the t mobile version is just misinformed. There are multiple roms specific to it, at least one GREAT kernel (Chronic for TW and AOSP. You don't need any other options in my not at all humble opinion) and most of the various mods and add ons for the 9505 work fine for the t mobile s4.
So what are you looking for that you feel is lacking.

^ This. Really, the only ROMs we don't have that other carriers do are the carrier specific modded TW ROMs; and for the most part, we can run them as well.
Hi
Was just wondering if there was a solution to get dual boot on the l900.

is there any ROM with kitkat yet? i see posts about a leaked mexico/canadian version but no confirmation of the tom version... i don't care for root, as i only want for Google Wallet. thanks guy!
T-Mobile has not even done 1 update on the Note 3 so I wouldn't get my hopes up of seeing it anytime soon. I rooted and moved on to updating myself

Yes, I'm new to T-mobile.... I hope they release updates in at fast pace!
im not asking about tmobile releasing update. I'm asking if the existing leaks of 4.4.2 will work on the tmo note 3
No not as of now.. Someone is testing a method at the moment and if it works I'll post back here.

Any update on 4.4.2 on the T Mobile version of the note 3
Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk 2
The leaks of 4.4.2 for other note 3 variants have a few things that won't run on our T-Mobile version, specifically bootloader and kernel. Devs are working to find a way and I'm sure once there is any progress made it would be posted all over here and on the android blogs.

I do not know how you got that running without serious f/c. I have tried every kernel known or out...and I have not got this to run yet on the N900T, I have built several versions of all the bases available, and all of the issues point to an incompatible kernel, period.
If you could PM me this custom-03 kernel you have, although I may have tried already, I sure would appreciate it....
This is not making any sense....
Call me 2533026871 if u need help getting it running i can explain in details what i replaced and changed to make it work spread the messege to devs and let them know if they need help

About 5 months ago when i had the S4, a guy in the International s4 forums said he almost had wifi calling working on his cm11 builds, but never completed it. cant remember his username, he also made the dual boot mod for the s4.
The Nexus 4 and T-Mobile S3 had bounty threads for this. The N4 bounty topped out at around $1,400 if I remember right. Both bounties were not collected. Even though the source is released and it is "possible," in over a year no one has completed it.

If all carriers utilized it. There would probably be more of a push to try and do it.

Really? Nothing here like a custom 4.4.2 touchwiz running S5 apps and has the N3 features? Hard to believe no one here on xda would make a cool rom like that. Guess it is time for a new device.
