Hi Guys Out there.
i need help from you if you can modify [NExtRadio APP] LINK& edit this app so that apart from searching ODD Frequencies it also start searching EVEN Frequencies.
If anyone can make this modification then by the help of "HeadsetButton Controller App" we would be able to Switch Tracks Via Default Headset even in Radio App.
Curretly in india it searches following Stations:
91.10
93.50
98.30
But it want it should also search Even Frequency Stations Like:
95
104
104.80
102.60
106.40
Thanks in advance.

Hi all.
I have just bought the XDA mini S and think it is just the thing I have been looking for. However, me being me, I want to improve it and add my own stuff. So I need some answers to what are probably some very easy questions.
Can you guys please answer the following-
First - I would like to overclock the CPU so it runs apps a bit faster - I downloaded Omapclock which said my device was running at 180 Mhz. I was able to increase this to 216mhz without it freezing up.
I tried to install a link to the startup folder so it would run everytime I switched the xda on but i got confused trying to do this. Can anyone please explain in simple terms, how I can add stuff like this to the startup.
Second - I want a file manager program that lets me control where I can put my files - something similar to file manager on a PC. Is there any free software out there?
Third - Are there any other apps / programs that someone like me - ie - not really familiar with the guts of Windows mobile OS - can use and would benefit from.
Sorry for the nooby questions - I am sure these have been answered already somewhere but I have scoured the net for days and have not really gotten anywhere.
XDA-developers forums - you are my only hope

First: Startup folder only works whenever you softreset your unit. Not the one that you switch on/off (suspend/sleep/wake) your unit. Do a search on OMAP again, issue of running OMAP whenever you wake your unit have been heavily discussed (hint: notification queue)
Second: The default File Explorer can do the job you described. You did notice that it allows you to put your files where you want? Anyway Total Commander is a btter file manager.
Third: I would suggest you to read random post in this forum for information. However, for a start, try looking for backup software for your unit (you bound to make mistake). And, take notice of the dreaded 'notification queue' (search the forum) and make sure you have control over it, lots of problems (and solution) starts there.
hello,
i'm fascinated by the android application "locale"
What does it do?
It activates gps-orientated applikations or services.
For example: if you arrive to your home location it is possible to activate automatically - by this program - your wlan
Is there a tool for win mobile devices
I'd love to get it!
Sounds very interesting. Don't know any app like this yet.
But does an app like this not extremly stress your battery?

Hey Everyone,
I'm new to the Lumia, as well as Windows Phone, and I had just a few questions about the Lumia/Windows Phone, and I was curious if anyone could answer them here:
1. Is it possible to change the function of the search button? Like if I wanted to change it to Google instead of Bing? Furthermore, is it possible to change the default search engine from Bing to Google?
2. Can I change the color scheme on the email app to be dark instead of light?
3. Also, does anyone know if the voice control commands change over time? I feel like I don't need the full run-down overtime I use voice control.
Thanks in advance!
Hello Stnc,
1. It is not possible to change the search button engine. In the Nokia 710 it was possible to change the default IE search engine to Google or Bing. I believe this was because T-Mobile had a search deal with Google.
2. Sadly I do not think it is currently possible to change the theme of your email application.
3. The voice commands do not change overtime. For the phones I've used (Focus/Titan/Lumia 900) once you click accept they should not appear again.
I figured as such! Thankfully it's far from a big deal!
Thanks for the help!
Greetings!
Hope you guys are doing well.
I don't have a background in IT so please excuse the wording and probably the incorrectly used terminology.
I was exploring the possibility of having multiple profiles with different browser settings for internet Explorer, more specifically a profile with flash plugin on and a seperate profile with flash plugin off, so that I don't have to go in the addons settings every time. You know for convenience purposes. I know that it is possible to adjust different settings for each new window but I don't want to do that every time.
I know that it is possible to define startup parameters for shortcuts, that once you run the application from a particular shortcut it launches with the included parameters. Please see the Picture, as I don't know how to properly explain myself. Replace the _ with . as I cannot post links since I am a new user.

I am wondering are there parameters to turn off flash? Google was not helpful on this one. Could this be done, and if so then how?
Any help will be much appreciated as getting something like this to work would really increase my productivity.
I have a rooted Android 4.4.4 device (Modell S07, rk3188, 1024x800, Prozessor: ARM [email protected],6GHz (x4), MCU MTCB-KGL-V2.55). With the tasker app and the overlays floating widget app I have created floating toggle widgets which allow me to kill the standard media player, the wavesink app for DAB+, the radio.de app and the standard radio app (com.microntek.radio) even when these apps are running in the background and the navigation app (iGO) is running on the screen. Most of the apps can be killed with the Taskkill app plugin for Tasker in root mode. But this doesn't work for the the standard radio app, the standard DVD player and the Digital TV app. For the standard radio app I have found somewhere the "killing" task code run shell "am broadcast -a com.microntek.finish --es class com.microntek.radio". This code actually stops the radio app and works fine. Now my question:
Can anyone of the experts please provide the equivalent code which will stop com.microntek.dvd respectively com.microntek.ntv. Thanks for help in advance!

Whow ... where do I find such codes? I've been looking for a way to kill the radio with Tasker. So far I have always called the radio again (if it ran in the background) and then I simulated on the upper right with Tasker a tap to terminate the radio. Then called up with Tasker PowerAmp. This is of course much more elegant! Thanks a lot for this.
Hi can tell how you managed to root it?? I've been searching it's rooting method for a month and did not find anything.. Do you know it's factory settings (found in settings menu) password??
