(Q) photo Sphere ?

Hey , im running pac-man rom , and everything works great but when i try to use photo Sphere it just fc. Is there any way to fix this?

so the system dump file is still not avail for our phone,so nope! there is a flashable file in the themes section which does not fc

Forget about photosphere, it needs gyroscope which is not in the one v.

[Q]KK rom for E986?

Hello guys,
i d like to know whats the procedure for flashing a rom on the OGP e986, as i am new to lg devices and cant really find a thread for the e986..
I should inform you that i am pretty familiar with rom/recovery flashing,rooting devices etc.
So,should i flash any rom for the e98x and then flash the right modem for my device?Or should i flash a rom made for my exact model only?
Also,will i have the ir bluster functionality as on stock rom in custom roms?

Ok so i succesfully rooted using this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2362657 ,and also backed my efs and changed my recovery using FreeGee..So im ready to start flashing roms..Any answers to my previous questions?Thanx

When you launch freegee it automatically downloads supported devices list..If e986 was not supported it would automatically exit..Try for yourself.

Hey bro would you help me? I want to go back to stock but i have a problem with lg flash tool. Is it possible that you upload the backup file of the stock rom? It would be great

Hi,
I think the people from lg g pro forum isn't friendly with new lg owners, i already ask about how to root my E986(Portugal) and hadn´t any answer!
Thanks for sharing your info. how about unroot( for receive ota updates)? will be easy ?

I'm on Vanir's 4.4.2 Rom the last 3 days and I can assure you that it doesn't have any serious bugs and it has daily ota updates..Its a great rom for daily driver and the battery life i m getting is far greater than stock 4.1.2 rom..So wait no more brother!Start Flashing!?

From CM11 to Stock 4.2

Hi!
I flashed CM11 and the custom Recovery from PhilZ.
I like CM11 and everything but the camera is now working and I would like to go back to stock 4.2....Does anybody knows how to do it and If I will brick the tablet?

Just so you know, if you go back to stock, you will lose CWM.
Ok, now you know.. Just download the latest firmware for your model number and use Odin to flash it.
You will have a stock rom from there on.

You could always try one of the aftermarket camera apps in the play store. When I rooted my N5110 with Carbon KK 4.4.2 the camera app kept freezing. I installed HD Camera Ultra and my camera worked once again.

Fast Burst Camera from Play store also works but @sbrissen committed patches to fix stock camera. I think they will be in tonight's nightly. See the dev thread.

Actually, thanks for mentioning Fast Burst Camera. I got the free version and was so impressed I bought the app. Works better, especially in low light.

[PORT] QuickBoot from the OPO

I am unsure of where it came from to credit properly the one who brought this OnePlus One feature to us, if someone knows please do share so I can edit the thread. Found it on brazilian androidpit and works flawlessly on mine (running AOSPA 4.4 RC1), I don't believe it works on stock roms though.
Simply install it as a normal apk and go into developers section and tick the recently created quickboot option and give it a try. I would recommend a nandroid backup in case it messes up something. You may aswell push the apk to /system/app or /system/priv-app, set permissions and reboot. If all else fails, there is a flasheable zip below aswell.

Works perfectly on PA RC1, and also the boot lag is gone even on older kernels (e.g. Render kernel with dt2w)

I updated the OP with a video preview but not of my phone, will try and capture the footage with a proper camera later on. It works just like shown above.

Yeah I don't believe it works on every rom.
Did you try the different methods I posted above, including pushing to \system\app or flashing the zip?

Tried direct installation showed the error " could not install "

@Dizzyrul3z Probably not, it's actually made for CM11 based roms but a few others are working fine such as AOSPA.
@moparman1969 Dunno, it should be there but perhaps the rom doesn't support it.

This installs on stock 4.4.2 xt 1032 but no quickboot option in developers. As was said, it wont work on stock.

After that i had the good idea to install an apk from my G2
My G3 now stop on LG logo. I've tried a factory reset with buttons but nothing change....

Yes, on G2, that is NOT FOR LG-G3, factory reset, or flash Kdz or TOT-DLL files, search and you will find ?
