Why can't new users on xda post in development forums? Yes I'm new but, doesn't mean I'm dumb and how am I suppose to report bugs of a ROM if I can't post in the development forum?

My answer is read the XDA rules. Pay attention to #15 on proper posting.
My help is....
I have reported thread for moving to the Q&A section.
Whether right or wrong most members will NOT help someone that cannot put a thread in the proper section.
