Tomorrow: First time Root/Cyan flash, want to make sure all steps are correct..
How's it going guys.
As my title suggests; tomorrow will be the first time I try root and Cyanogenmod on my [Verizon] Note 2.
I just wanted to make sure I have all steps correct atm.
I'm following 2 seperate guides I've found; both on these boards.
First..
Backup my stock apps, messages and such with G-Cloud Backup;
root.
Cyan
Once the phone actually starts; then I download Play Store along with Apps, at that point I download all of my backed up information...?
Correct...?

Hello, I'm have been using CM11 on my samsung note 2 n7100 for the past few weeks without problem. Everything works as it should be. However, when i woke up this morning, the transparency of the app menu and the google search box on the home screen (as shown in the attachments) are not there anymore. Is there a way to change it to normal?

-I have been trying out many ROMS the past couple of weeks. This ROM is my favorite!
-I needed "VivaVideo" for video (it works flawlessly) and "CamaraZOOM FX" for camera (it works most of the time). Another TIP on the camera. Remove any sub-folders under DCIM. This helped for sure.
-It is fast and stable.
-Battery runs down by midday, but that might be simply because I am on it more.

I have one outstanding issue... When I go to "Settings", "Candy Interface" and then "Buttons" I get "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped".
Anyone having the same issue and if so, how do I fix it?

Okay, well since I've come to the conclusion that I won't be able to flash this rom onto android version 4.4.4, how do I downgrade to 4.3? Since there isn't any roms that I can find for 4.4.4.
